Bath tub malfunction. Cannot drain the water, Beach is mediocre. Pool is mediocre. Around the hotel, it waa really hot. Aircond in certain areas of the lobby only. Breakfast is good but as i mentioned, it was hot. Perhaps part of sustainability initiatives, trying to impress the nature.

Service. We got upgraded room as a simple gesture from the hotel attendant when i mentioned it was our wedding Anniversary, which I really appreciate. Top service quality from the staff.

Room is big and spacious. Clean and tidy. There is a water playground for kids which my boy really enjoy that. The staff are friendly.. if u did not bring your toothbrush and toothpaste, you can request from them. The bed is really nice to sleep which is one of the best I ever sleep in other hotel. The balcony is able to view part of the Seaview.

We were warned about jellyfish stings at the beach which made a it a bit disappointing that we could not enjoy as much. There was also a recent insect infestation at the hotel which required us to keep the balcony doors shut, which we only found out about after checking in. So we were unable to access the balcony even though we paid extra for it at the time of booking.

The food was delicious and had a wide range of options at the breakfast buffet. The staff also took a lot of care to decorate our room and make it special. It was really sweet of them to go above and beyond. The teddy museum is also a great attraction located within the resort and you get discounted tickets if you are staying at the resort.

The location, we had to take taxis everywhere there wasn't anything closely within walking distance. The taxis the hotel booked for us were more than double the price compared to using the Grab app.

The buffet breakfast was good with a great selection of cuisines. The pool area was excellent my kids loved it.

Limited western food choices and not many local fruits Swimming pool was quite dirty. Paid parking (could have been complimentary for guests considering the price of stay)

Everybody that likes soft beds will have a very good sleep. But obviously that‘s a very personal opinion.

The staff was amazing - they made our stay very enjoyable. Our kids loved the Kid‘s Club. We had a very pleasant stay.

All of the services provided are quite good. However, it would be an added advantage if the staff were a bit more friendly and if everyone could speak English. Regarding facilities, while they were functional, some areas like the sink in the bathroom could benefit from a bit more maintenance.

The facilities for kids and families are quite impressive. It's a fantastic place, especially if you have your own transportation. Occasionally, it can be a bit challenging to quickly access services like Grab since it's a bit far from George Town.

The music at the pool was like a nightclub and was on a repeat loop. Not relaxing at all for daytime chilling.

Loved that it was away from Batu Ferringhi. Close enough for a grab but far enough away for peace & quiet. Buffet breakfast was a good spread. The room was lovely and big and we were so grateful to be upgraded to a balcony room on 11th floor. The gym and the pool were great. We enjoyed seeing many families enjoying time together. If you don’t like kids, this may not be the property for you.

Pool was full of bird poo, which was very unsanitary and gross. Had issues with my shower (although they came quickly to fix it). A member of staff directed me to the children's area because "it was not nice that I was eating food from outside the hotel in the lobby". Which was, at the time, almost empty anyways. For such a remote location, they would benefit from having a (free) shuttle system to take guests into town, airport, or various other points. Had to rely on private Grab taxis for this.

Location - not close to anything. Maintenance issues: • Flashlight doesn’t work in both rooms. We had the family rooms. We don’t use it but what’s the point of having it if it doesn’t work. • unsightly mould on lower shower tiles. • Aircon noisy. • Safe not secured to cabinetry. What’s the point as someone can just take the safe away. - Pillow menu is a furphy. We asked for one of each pillow on the menu. They brought up four identical pillows to the standard pillows.

The room cleaner Sajjat. He made the stay extra special by making a swan peacock for the kids when they wrote him a note. It was the highlight of the stay.
