Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

My first room was very noisy from night club next door. The noise finished at 3;30 am every night. I asked for change and the staffs understand and provided a much quieter room. Thank you.

MalaysiaI don't like online bookings charge extra Rm100 for my 2 days atau. The price mentioned at hotel is rm118 for deluxe twin bed perday but was charged more than Rm175 perday by online booking. This is daylight cheating.

TaiwanI couldn’t found the remote control for the air con. I consulted receptionist if the temperature of the air con was adjustable, but the receptionist answered that it was not adjustable. So we ended up sleeping at 16 degree Celsius for whole night with jacket on…too cold…Then my fried found the control panel on the wall in the next morning…I think it was my fault for not observing it, and perhaps I was not articulating clear enough to the receptionist… Secondly, the glass of the bathroom is translucent…This is quite awkward for us… Lastly, the room is quite small…
The receptionist was very polite. The location is perfect.

Malaysia1.Staff One of the staff (housekeeping)tried to open our door early in the morning. When we open the door and asked, he just said sorry. I complained to receptionist but they claimed that this guy wrongly opened the door thinking that we have checked out from the room. How is that possible to happen early in the morning and don’t you have a proper system to check it?? I thought they have knocked my room only but it happened to my parents room as well. This shows how bad your staff is managing the hotel with no proper tracking of people check in and check out. The receptionist gave me a lame explanation saying my payment that i paid during check in haven’t credited in the account so thats the reason the housekeeping staff couldn’t track. Please do educate your staff on this. 2.Facilities I waited almost an hour to get an iron board and iron box. They ended up giving me an iron box with some sticking piece on it which spoiled my shirt when i used the iron.
