Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaNEED TO FILL OUT THE WATER AT WATER DISPENSER NEAT THE STAIRS. BUT IT IS GOOD FOR THE ENVIRONMENT.
THE HOTEL LOCATED AT SHOPHOUSE ROW WITH SUPERMARKET, RESTAURANTS, CAFE JUST A WALKING DISTANCE. DOWNSTAIRS GOT TEALIVE. NEARBY GOT NASI AYAM HAINAM RESTAURAN. THE HOTEL PROVIDE 4 PILLOWS WHICH IS RARE FOR THIS TYPE OF HOTEL. THE SHOWER IS QUIET BIG WITH GOOD WATER PRESSURE AND HOT WATER. YOU JUST NEED TO PAY DEPOSIT RM50 FOR CHECK IN.
