We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

EstoniaAll the plumbing in the bathroom leaks very badly. The room itself is a little beat up with holes in the wall and ceiling, a lightly bad smell from the pillows or mattress, like mold or dampness. We paid 160 for 2 nights; in Malaysia, for that kind of money, hotels offer much better rooms.
Location is good, the reception desk looks very good. The room is large enough, there is a kettle with coffee making facilities, the air conditioning works, and there are disposable toothbrushes.

Malaysia1. The bidet in the toilet is horrible. Too short. 2. Cleanliness of the room can be improved. 3. TV as usual did not work. This is the case with many budget hotels around Kuantan. I've stayed in 6 different ones in the last 3 months.
1. The size of the room. 2. They provided disposable toothbrush and toothpaste. 3. The room had a chair to sit. 4. Decent towels. 5. Walking distance places to have breakfast(Chinese) 6. Very easy and fast check in and check out.
