Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeThe breakfast isn't buffet style. It's a menu where you choose starters and mains.
The staff were super! I am so happy to have chosen this hotel. The place is super clean, super fancy and has an amazing historical background. Location is right next to petaling street market. I informed the hotel that I am celebrating my birthday weekend and they prepared a sign and mini cake! Greeted with a welcome drink and cold towel. You can liaise with just about anything through WhatsApp at any time.

SingaporeThe room layout could be inconvenient for friends staying together as the toilet is separated from the shower room. So you would need to plan strategically when taking a shower. Also, the hairdryer is located within the closet, and that’s where the mirror is too, which makes drying hair very inconvenient because you would need to move the clothes away just to blow dry your hair.
The hotel’s location is superb for moving around. The bed is comfortable.

United Kingdomnothing that we didn't like - but a point of interest - the TV didn't have apps like Netflix or Youtube - but it did have a 'device pairing facility' !! - now for younger travellers you may be familiar with this facility but for those of an older generation you may need to ask the management how to use it !!
the term 'Luxury Small Boutique Hotel' is so often exaggerated !! - however, not in the case of Else KL !! - this is definitely a Luxury Boutique Hotel !! - it has everything the 'discerning traveller' could want and more !! - the location is excellent (Chinatown central), the staff are excellent (dedicated conceige personnel), the facilities are excellent (check-out the 'floatation pods'), the breakfast is varied and of the highest quality (smoked salmon and crushed avocados is a must try), the courtesy 'little extras' are a delight (wait to be surprised !!) - don't waste your time searching other hotels in KL - book a Sanctuary Balcony Room at the Else Kuala Lumpar - you wont regret it ..
