The breakfast isn't buffet style. It's a menu where you choose starters and mains.

The staff were super! I am so happy to have chosen this hotel. The place is super clean, super fancy and has an amazing historical background. Location is right next to petaling street market. I informed the hotel that I am celebrating my birthday weekend and they prepared a sign and mini cake! Greeted with a welcome drink and cold towel. You can liaise with just about anything through WhatsApp at any time.

FANTASTIC LOCATION AND DECOR AND THE BUSINESS CENTRE WAS IDEAL TO SPEND A FEW HOURS WORKING. BREAKFAST WAS VERY TASTY AND THE STAFF ATTENTIVE AND FRIENDLY. Very helpful staff, they made all our wishes come true such as very late check out as well as transport organizations. Just a fabulous experience and I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family ! Will definitely come back :)

The room layout could be inconvenient for friends staying together as the toilet is separated from the shower room. So you would need to plan strategically when taking a shower. Also, the hairdryer is located within the closet, and that’s where the mirror is too, which makes drying hair very inconvenient because you would need to move the clothes away just to blow dry your hair.

The hotel’s location is superb for moving around. The bed is comfortable.

Not really sound proof, can hear noises outside but it could also be that the hotel level I’m staying at was quite low. Location can be very crowded and theres jam all around, have to wait for quite a bit for grab to arrive.

Aesthetically pleasing, staffs were very fast in attending to my needs, breakfast provided was amazing as well!

Inconsistent service from morning shift staff at the Raw Kitchen Hall, especially with coffee orders being forgotten despite being requested twice.

Sophisticated and beautifully decorated interior. Quiet nights at Sutera Suites with solation windows. Hidden gem atmosphere in Petaling Street. Delicious breakfast served.

Toilet is separate from the shower area. The light switches are not all individually separated so a bit of navigation is needed to ensure the correct light is off

The place screams luxury! Eventhough it seems small, but it’s truly a luxurious hotel. Dyson hairdryer in the room.

This is our first time in KL and we were amazed by this hotel in many ways. We love every details from the lobby to the sofa. Staff are very nice and helpful as well. It’s a 10 out of 10. We will definitely recommend here to our friends.

- soundproofing could be better. especially being located in a very centric location in KL - no dedicated car park area. car park at the vicinity is very expensive (RM 40 per day)

- perfect location: at the heart of chinatown - nice restaurant & POIs nearby in walking distance - nice deco & ID. modern and stylistic - comfortable room & pleasing design - very good & delicious breakfast - very helpful, polite & attentive staffs

An amazing structure with all the possible facilities to make you fell welcome and relaxed. The communication was great, in different languages, and the breakfast was amazing, as well as the swimming pool.

nothing that we didn't like - but a point of interest - the TV didn't have apps like Netflix or Youtube - but it did have a 'device pairing facility' !! - now for younger travellers you may be familiar with this facility but for those of an older generation you may need to ask the management how to use it !!

the term 'Luxury Small Boutique Hotel' is so often exaggerated !! - however, not in the case of Else KL !! - this is definitely a Luxury Boutique Hotel !! - it has everything the 'discerning traveller' could want and more !! - the location is excellent (Chinatown central), the staff are excellent (dedicated conceige personnel), the facilities are excellent (check-out the 'floatation pods'), the breakfast is varied and of the highest quality (smoked salmon and crushed avocados is a must try), the courtesy 'little extras' are a delight (wait to be surprised !!) - don't waste your time searching other hotels in KL - book a Sanctuary Balcony Room at the Else Kuala Lumpar - you wont regret it ..
