There's only 1 bathroom in the unit, but the hostel is small so usually that wasn't an issue

Very nice hostel inside a big hotel. The host is very friendly and helpful. Good communication. I arrived in the middle of the night and this was not a problem. I could do my laundry for free. And could also keep my bags at a safe space after checkout. The view of the pool is divine! Close to a shopping center and the metro. The bed and sheets are very comfortable. I met a lot of travelers there and was a cozy living/appartment with balcony.

The location walking distance to train lines .comfortable beds, common area, filtered water, good a/c, ceiling fan and large bathroom.Host was immediately responsive. Amazing facilities: nice gym, grocery store, restairants and csfe in buildong. Large rooftop infinity pool with an unbelevably spectacular city view. Must be sern at night!

It's a bit difficult to check in and get through security. Some guards are willing to help you, others will just pretend they can't help at all.

This place is better than the other one in the same building. More amenities, nicer staff, better beds, nicer common areas, etc.

The staff there was incredibly helpful and lovely. And while this is maybe just a little further away from maybe more central KL sites, the amazing pool on thr 37th floor overlooking the city it amazing and they also have a gym you can work out for free in as well on the first floor of hotel, and the Putra metro station is only a 3 min walk so can easily get to anywhere in city. Was a great stay and very clean... Bonus free laundry as well :)

It was kind of hard in the beginning to figure out how to get to the city/mall/etc by foot.

The pool and the view were amazing, as well as the gym. Super clean and the beds were really nice with curtains. The owner is always there if you need him and really helpful.

The place is strategic, staffs are so friendly and very welcoming. Theres a mini pool 24/7.

The only thing that’s not great is the location, you’re not really close to anything except 1 shopping mall— so you will have to pay for grabs everywhere or deal with the metro. Wasn’t a deal breaker though, as I was mainly there to relax and enjoy a luxurious stay— not sightsee as I’ve been to KL before.

Absolutely amazing stay!! The hostel room was spotlessly clean, with the owner/ staff always coming in to spray for bugs and clean the room everyday. I had the female room to myself 3/4 days of my day so it was incredible. The rooftop pool is stunningly gorgeous and I loved that there was also a restaurant and convenience store on the property.

It was hard to find, when we asked at the 4th floor help desk they hadn’t heard of the property (it was new apparently)

Such an amazing place! The one owner is so sweet, he helped my friend who has having a panic attack get down in the lift. The 8 bed dorm’s bathroom is sooo big and the beds are nice and dark. Amazing facilities for a hostel too! Would absolutely recommend! The shop downstairs is top notch as well

- The shower and sink clogs pretty fast and you will step into a pool of water when you enter the bathroom. Not the hostel owners fault but… This is one unit in 3 buildings with almost 900 units and the pool, gym and facility is shared with all of the units and all of the buildings facilities is really rundown and needs a major upgrade, which is not the hostel owners fault. - the pool needs cleaning and there is no where to shower or even use the restroom, no toilet paper - the gym is really old and very limited equipments and very dirty. There is no toilet, shower or cleaning supplies so you will use equipments that’s super sweaty and dirty.

+ The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. + super comfortable bed - this is not a social hostel, just a bed if you need somewhere to stay and sleep. - with that there isn’t any “tourist” informations to utilize.
