We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

House was clean. Due to covid you need to book time slot if you want to use the pool. House facilities, (kettle, fridge, clean towels, extra pillow and blanket etc) sufficient. Travelled with 1 adult and 3 teenagers room and bedding was large enough (got sofa bed)

And the stinking dustbin smell of the apartment's corridor and lobby is unbearable. Luckily the smell doesn't make it to the room when our door is shut.

MalaysiaWe need to waited so long to get into tz room cause its self checking to take key n lot of uncecessay security. Smore ask to bank in RM 100 then only gv direction to get in. Parking, lift n etv OK but vry harm cause a single mistake, wil be stucked.......people from rural area, sure will be hvg problem.....anywy, tz room n place r good. Clean, comparable, nice view. MalaysiaThe way to the designated parking was a bit narrow. If using small car should be okay, but big car might have some problem.
Clean and comfortable place. Helpful staff. Got induction cooker with pots and pans. Kitchenware, cutleries are all provided as well as toiletries and towels. TV can watch youtube and netflix to pass time, got fridge also.
