We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaThe bed could be more comfortable. However the room is spacious and reasonably priced so it's not fair to complain about it.
Front desk gave us a Whatsapp number upon checked in, and we texted to get support because the toilet bowl and bidet's water is not flowing out. Within 5 mins their technician arrived and settled the issue. I texted them for housekeeping stuff, again within 5 minutes their team arrived and helped me with my request. Even famous hotel doesn't have this level of efficiency and polite attitude. The building might have aged and requires fixing here and there, but the staying experience is beyond satisfactory because their team is putting 100% efforts in it. Kudos to the management for investing in a good team and right people.
