Fairfield exceeds my expectations. The room is comfortable with a lot of space for u to take meals or do work. Exceptionally clean. I come from my work to a crisp clean room. Location wise via grab was not an issue but I can't comment of public transport as my work was only nearby. This is by far one of my fav hotel in kuala lumpur.

The parking for the hotel was limited but there are two parking spaces next to the hotel that charged you RM5 per entry. Safe to park.

The room is great. Modern and very much comfortable. I love the shower and the provided shower gel and shampoo is great! The breakfast also served a lot of choice and it gives me a lot to taste and try. Thank you so much to Fairfield staff esp the manager Mr. Nasharudin for your warm service. Definitely will come again.

One day we decided to pay and try the hotel breakfast. Suddenly i saw theres a small insect came out from the omelette. I tried to clear it off. I wish i didn't take that meal, as i have food poisoning for aost a week.😵‍💫 Hopefully the hotel can improve their food hygiene.

stayed at level 4, and keep hearing the noise from vehicles outside at the main road. trying to nap/sleep but keep hearing knocking sound from next door or even phone buzzing… guess the sound problem can be done better

more of a business hotel than a resort - although to be fair it’s not advertised as a resort. Breakfast was limited and you could not stay in the breakfast room past 10:30. no drinks or food from the restaurant could be taken to your room.

good quality beds, clean rooms and facilities. Easy access to metro and therefore the rest of the city.

far off from convenience store restaurant neighbour has live band in the evening until 1am motorcycles around the area are using super loud exhaust pipes

Only it gets noisy at night because the building is next to the main road but the hotel provide earplug in the room for you to use.

Strategic location, easy access parking (need to pay since it’s under DBKL but it was PH during my stay so i got to park without paying), fast checkin and checkout (no deposit needed), clean room, good breakfast.

The room is kinda small..limited space. Small bath/toilet. Esp If travelling 2pax or more Parking ..so limited and if you the elevated parking...you have to pay.

Love the seat near the window..Nice view. Very good customer service. Comfortable bed and Pillows.

there was no EV charging facilities, though using the filter in Booking.com function highlighted that the hotel was one of those that provided EV charging. I booked the hotel to use the EV charging but ended up there was none. I had to go elsewhere to charge up my EV

The noise from the road is rather annoying, especially during the middle of the night. There is also a blinking light from the ceiling, which blinks every minute. I'm guessing it's a safety requirement.

the air conditioning in the room was a little too warm and the location is not very central

The deluxe king room was very spacious and the hotel made very good use of the space. Bed was very comfortable too and the view of the city is a great plus point.

Great value for money. we booked this place at the last moment during a busy festive season. the rooms are clean, comfortable beds even if the room itself is quite small compared to other hotels in KL. But it is definitely a bang for the buck. The breakfast buffet is decent and the hotel overall has very attentive staff. The location is quite decent too with most places at a comfortable distance making it easier to navigate the massive KL traffic. The Batu Caves are just a 15 minute drive away.

The sound insulation of the room is extremely bad, any movement that can create sound in the next room can be heard clearly. (open the door, close & open the bathroom door, tv sound, plug in out if the "charger/ cable"), the vehicle sound from the opposite roadway.

The location is really great, the bed is really comfortable, and parking lot are available (free/ pay)
