Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). Fairfield exceeds my expectations. The room is comfortable with a lot of space for u to take meals or do work. Exceptionally clean. I come from my work to a crisp clean room. Location wise via grab was not an issue but I can't comment of public transport as my work was only nearby. This is by far one of my fav hotel in kuala lumpur.

MalaysiaThe parking for the hotel was limited but there are two parking spaces next to the hotel that charged you RM5 per entry. Safe to park.
The room is great. Modern and very much comfortable. I love the shower and the provided shower gel and shampoo is great! The breakfast also served a lot of choice and it gives me a lot to taste and try. Thank you so much to Fairfield staff esp the manager Mr. Nasharudin for your warm service. Definitely will come again.

RussiaOne day we decided to pay and try the hotel breakfast. Suddenly i saw theres a small insect came out from the omelette. I tried to clear it off. I wish i didn't take that meal, as i have food poisoning for aost a week.😵💫 Hopefully the hotel can improve their food hygiene.
I like eveything about it, literally any aspect.

SingaporeGreat value for money. we booked this place at the last moment during a busy festive season. the rooms are clean, comfortable beds even if the room itself is quite small compared to other hotels in KL. But it is definitely a bang for the buck. The breakfast buffet is decent and the hotel overall has very attentive staff. The location is quite decent too with most places at a comfortable distance making it easier to navigate the massive KL traffic. The Batu Caves are just a 15 minute drive away.

SingaporeThe sound insulation of the room is extremely bad, any movement that can create sound in the next room can be heard clearly. (open the door, close & open the bathroom door, tv sound, plug in out if the "charger/ cable"), the vehicle sound from the opposite roadway.
