Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SingaporeThe utility and electrical appliances not in good condition, water come out yellow at first until some time it turn clean, maybe too long nobody use. Rm200 Too expensive for the offered environment, maybe due to last minute purchase. No toothbrushes given and hair shampoo.
Friendly Service and able to borrow hair dryer when asked. Got bathtub.

i was very very disappointed with the condition of the room, very small room. the bed is in bad smell. blanket not is suitable for the cold . toilet is worst. the cost that paid for staying in this hotel is absurd. it should cost below rm 50. in future i will never ever choose this hotel. for rm 200 that i paid i deserve a better, comfortable and hygienic room. nor room like this
