it is not easy to maintenance all the cabin and facility. i can see the difference of the current condition vs 7 years back. a lot of broken roof, mould and broken staircase. anyhow inside the cabin so far so good. just the owner might spent little bit more to touch up well on external.

the cabin is fully built by wood material and make me feel like I am living in the nature. I love the mix and match of many old time furniture and decoration. it is very unique.

There are several times the property we stay is out of water due to the water tank was empty and the staff have to re-apply the water pipe back into the water tank and wait for the water supply into our stay unit. WiFi internet is not stable, Maxis telco line coverage not good in that area but DiGi telco line still have some coverage.

The staff are helpful. upon arrival they help take our baggage to our room. we asked for the BBQ accessories and they had prepared for us nicely!

There is a hole on the wooden floor and also cracks. Its covered with rugs but seriously this need to be repair. Some villas down the hill look abandoned. They should upkeep this resort better. Its the beautiful scenery and fresh air we are looking at here. But the view is not that great.

The pool is clean and its open till late. The kids love it.

It was disappointing in many aspects and not worth the price. The management did not tell beforehand that we will be charged Rm40 if we need to use the shuttle one way as it is so hard to go back up and down the hill with your car. Cleanliness is very poor, cracks in the timber floor everywhere and smell due to fungus. We received a cracked and dirty teapot for our breakfast. Also there is only a few staffs running around to assist. Did not meet the manager at all. Also never mentioned Rm300 CASH deposit to be paid upon check in. once you are up there be prepared to have no access to food at all except breakfast, no line for phones and nothing much to do except swimming and bbq.

I think the location is great because of the ambience and peacefulness but hard to access by car and poorly maintained.

The place was way below my expectation for the price that I paid. The rooms and the hall were dingy. The door knob for the main door was broken. The floors were sandy and dusty. The bed linens had an awry smell. There was no TV at all. The basin in the toilet was clogged and unusable. The roof and the flooring around the premise was broken and can be quite dangerous for children and the elderly. Almost all the furnitures were not maintained and dusty/dirty. Some were even broken. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I was only pleased with Arif the staff there who helped me drive up and down the hill as the road up was narrow, steep, bumpy and winding. Not recommended to drive up at all.

The long way uphill was a bit risky.. I personally will visit n have cool vacation at FT in every month if the road uphill better or maybe sooner visitors can park the vehicles at downhill and kind of buggy can pickup down there to the resort..

Wow awesome.! I found that Staying at FT was a very nice escape for my families who wants a tranquility environment,very relaxing,close to nature and worth place for me to spend time with my family..
