I got early check in ard 12pm. So glad the Deluxe Twin room was read. The twin room was a little bigger compared to Deluxe King room. Room was clean. Aircon was good. Breakfast also good. The staff named Suzy was very friendly and helpful. Thanks Fives Hotel for the great service !

entrance (breakfast) = can make a little bit change or move table near the door so, guest who dine in not feel awkward when another guest keep coming in and look at them, and guest who just arrive will not feel a little bit suprise to see the view once the dooe opening.

for now, breakfast is good, maybe i can suggest more dishes, and your service is super good, and very clean

The staff was super polite, very near to CIQ. Basically next door. Private parking space with a guard. Clean space all around. Room was good, clean and tidy when we came. Safe box available, chair and mirror . Toilet with bidet and tissue . Comes with toiletries as well .

Room 1308 The Aircon is very noisy and I can't sleep the whole night.👎 There is always an interuption with the wifi in the room.👎watching movies thru Netflix is unpleasant.

The room I occupied had issues with the air conditioning remote control. Despite attempting to adjust the vane using the remote, I was unable to do so. I'm uncertain whether the remote is designed to control the vane.

The hotel staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and kindness. Despite the hotel being quite full, the receptionist went above and beyond during check-in to accommodate my request for two side-by-side rooms, doing their utmost to assist. The rooms were impeccably clean, and everything was arranged neatly and to my satisfaction.

Only one room card issued. It's good to have 2 cards for the convenience of family members doing different activities.

Warm and friendly staffs. Superb location. Room size reasonably OK, even though there are quite a number of reviews commenting on it. Breakfast spread is good, and replenishment is done promptly.

The water is not enough for bathing, and the room felt dusty.

The staff are really helpful and friendly. The location is great, just opposite the city square mall. Parking is totally free with security guard to man the carpark. Shower foam, shampoo, and toothbrush available at use.

The toilet was a little run down and the tiles looked old/dirty. The gym is only accessible via stairs from ground floor and lacked amenities like water dispenser. The TV in the room only had simple entertainment like local channels.

The bed was comfortable and the gym was decently equipped with dumbbells and machines for a quick vacation workout. The reception staff and housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful.

We booked the family room and there's 2 toilets in the room. One of the toilet do not have heater. Believe the heater is not working. We stayed for a night hence we didnt call them for maintenance. The restaurant dosent serve much varities of food The bedsheet not clean. As there are pieces of hairs all over

When we entered the room, there was a sweat stench. We saw a trail of ants from the wall area to the skirting. There were stains on the bed and pillow sheets. We also saw small insects on them. The cups were dusty. We also experienced a black out during our stay not sure what causes the power trip.

Location was super near to komtar and city square. There were lots of eating places nearby. Check in n check out was fast and convenient. I like the fact that this hotel greeted the guests with a welcome lemon infused water. Lobby was cosy and they provided reading materials to occupy with while waiting.

Well, cannot complain much since it is a 3-star hotel that is able to offer the essential items you would typically need as a tourist in a hotel room.

It is conveniently located (walking distance) near to JB CIQ, JBCC and a few other nearby shopping malls and amenities. Quite a few options for tourists or those who would prefer a overnight layover trip to JB.

The housekeeping staff opened our room door with a master access key without knocking or announcing his entry. This happened at 930am when my girlfriend and I had just woken up. I would minimally expect staff to be aware which rooms have guests checked out from, before entering the room. Furthermore, 930am is way too early for housekeeping as checkout time is 12pm. Fortunately, we had our door latch on so said staff could not push open the room door. This is completely unacceptable as it is an invasion of privacy. I suspect that proper training/briefing was not given to the staff which resulted in his error (we found out he was a new staff), else briefing was given but not ensured that staff understood the briefing (staff had difficulty understanding me as he is not local).

Room was clean and there was basic necessities. Good enough for the price point.
