Only a very small thing maybe can improve, corridor outside our room and lift without aircon

Everything is good, and their breakfast is nice, and have honeydew melon in morning buffet. When we open our room door, we realise that aircon and lights are on, means we no need use our room card to activate the power supply, it was excellent.

only one aircon in the gym was working so it was kinda stuffy with a few people working it inside but doesn’t take away anything from my wonderful experience here

nice location inland so there is a lot of local food options. shuttle buses that bring you to the public beach and back. pool and gym were clean and well-maintained. staff were exceptionally outstanding and provided great care and professional service throughout our stay. perfect staycation to not do anything and chill by the pool all day.

Hotel guests need to fork out 5RM per day for parking. The carpark has got no shelter. Hence car will be parked under the hot sun all day. Need to tap your TnG card at carpark entrance and need to have at least 20 RM in the card.

I don't like the pillow, too flat. Make up room finish only at 5pm despite telling the staff to do it early before 4pm.

The room looks absolutely gorgeous. The service was excellent 👌. The bathroom was clean and dry.. i had a lovely staycation. During check in/ Check out we were asisted one of the staff name iman hazwani, she was absolutely friend and well spoken.
