Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We are a Muslim family (hubby, myself, toddler & my mom) who stayed at Four Points Sheraton from 14-18 April 2024. We had the most relaxing & peaceful stay at Sheraton, it was just fabulous. Each day, our tour operator would take us out to for a visit and we could return to the hotel, all worn-out & dead-tired. But, upon return to the hotel and after a refreshing bath, followed by sleep and the morning wide spread of breakfast, we would be 100% energised for the fresh day ahead. Families like me, book for overseas trips to run away from our daily stressful lives and believe me, my stay at Sheraton & visit to Malaysia made me stress-free and carefree. Thanks a bunch for making my trip memorable. Everything/Everybody from A-Z at Sheraton was 100 on 100…. Keep up the good work!

Excellent location that's a 5 min walk from the Pasar Seni MRT and LRT station, and Petaling Street. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. Plenty of food options right outside hotel.

Comfortable beds, good amenities, nice & helpful staff from receptionists to sanitary workers (such as Carolyn, faid, kyltt, May, especially Kesavan who informed me about the self-laundry availability at the hotel) , good facility with gym, swimming pool, washing machine & dryer for self-laundry on site. Good location with a very good eatery just across the street from hotel!

Convenient location. Near to eateries & shops and easy access to city by MRT or Grab. The Twin Room was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfy and pillows were good too. Enjoyed sitting on the bay window seat admiring the local surrounds and the city view. Staff from the reception to housekeeping to dining room were courteous, attentive and helpful. Liked that they always served with a smile and would go the extra mile to make the guests happy. Would choose to stay here again on our next visit.
