Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaThis was a very last minute booking after I was ghosted by the other homestay owner whom I booked a stay 2 weeks earlier. I feel so grateful with the owner's kind hospitality in which I managed to check in within 15 minutes after I made the booking through booking.com apps. Have a pleasant stay, the room was spacious with 2 queen beds, clean enough and well equipped with basic utilities. Check-in and check-out process was easy and fast. Recommended for family traveler

MalaysiaI can smell urine from the toilet. Thought it was the start of a horror experience however, found out the smell is from the toilet floor. It's gone when i properly rinse. The registrations bit troublesome, need to provide ic for all who's coming and paying depo outside system. Understand that booking.com didn't provide a platform for depo but when unknown party asking for ic copy and money, customer has right to feel insecure for scams.

MalaysiaLimited plug points to charge gadgets and very inconvenient with only one access card for room and carpark. From my understanding all other units in Trefoil also have one access card only. Unpleasant to find one dead small cockroach on the kitchen counter top. Apart from that all other place is clean and good.
Value for money. Property is within walking distance to the Mall and Convention Centre. There are 2 shops downstairs to get necessities i.e. bottled water, coffee, snacks etc. Lovely view from the unit. Thank you for the complimentary bottled water. Good for short stay.
