The rooms don't have mirrors to get ready. One has to mandatorily use mirror in the washroom. If a mirror is provided will be very convenient for dressing up.

Breakfast was excellent. Specially it included Indian items also. It had plenty of vegetarian options also. The facility is good. Not very far from Legoland and the location is very near to the harbor, good for a morning walk. Facility is very spacious and good to stay with family and kids.

The room we got stank a little when we entered. The bed was creaky, but the mattress was comfy. I think the housekeeping department should look into the smell.

We love the service and wonderful staff. They were friendly and kind and tolerant of kids. The breakfast spread was amazing even though it wasn't a massive one.

Very nice location, Supermarkets and F&B restaurants within walking distance. Nice walkways around the area that is awesome for a morning or evening run. Hotel facilities is excellent.

You can occasionally hear some military firing exercises from Singapore, which is not really the hotel's fault.

Family friendly, good location for visiting Legoland. Good breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent.

My kids were bitten in the hotel bedroom. And the housekeeping did not clean the toilet or throw away the smelly diapers on our 2nd day there, does not help to wash the cups in the sink & only top up 2 bottles for us. The lobby staff did not bother to help with our check in luggage’s from our car (unlike other hotels’ lobby staff who will be more friendly to welcome guests)

Room was a bit musky when we first arrived, which disappeared with a blast of air-con. Water never got hot for showers and/or baths. Lift system could be frustrating at peak times.

Room facilities (kitchen, washing machine, comfy bed, desk). Good location with nice restaurants close by as well as a supermarket and a convenience store. Nice sized room. Room nicely made up with fresh towels. Nice to have a small balcony. Good electricity facilities to charge up devices. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Pool and perhaps due to lack of staff, from the stain , footsteps and finger prints on the elevator and floor we can tell it was not cleaned constantly.

They charged me twice for the same room and I had asked them at check-in to check that the payment was made to booking.com already but they swiped my card anyways and now I am still waiting for the refund.

The actual room given had a mouldy smell so I asked to be changed to the room in the corner 1505 that my mum and sis were staying in for one night.

The breakfast buffet has a good variety but somehow it was missing something. Maybe the quality of the food could be better. The side of the pool was mouldy. The wooden deck was quite badly damaged. There was a lot of upkeep that needed to be done to the exterior of the building.

The cleaning staff was a nice young man from Myanmar. He was very helpful and prompt. I also liked the security staff that also doubled up as bellhops. I liked that festive food was available at the breakfast buffet like some kuehs and crisps krepek.

Location is very good for Puteri Harbour. Sadly, the area is rather quiet. But it's excellent for Legoland as it is nearby. Aircon is very cold and working well. Facilities are also quite good.
