1) not a soundproof room. I can hear my mom’s voice inside the room and im waiting the lift. 2) toiletbowl pressure, you might overthink. 3) car park is a bit off. Had to tell my mom that this car park is okay eventho it look dull.

The room decor needs updating, the carpet is dusty and there's a weird old carpet smell throughout the room that wasn't pleasant. The steamer iron left an unpleasant smell on my clothes, so I would highly suggest replacing a new one.

The size of the room is bigger than usual which is good, the location is great as it's a short walk to Lalaport mall and Zepp concert venue.

I did not like the way the staff spoke to me when I wanted to clarify about the rooms they provided. My friend who paid 210 got a better and bigger room with a bathtub. I paid 360 plus but I got just an ordinary room. Isn’t that ridiculous?

Just minor attention to details on the bedsheets(minor stain) and corners of the room(dusty) can be looked it.

1 of the better hotel in bukit bintang for its price. Nice looking pool, good ambience around it, instagram worthy. Staff has been helpful and courteous. Must try their furama cheesecake its dense. Lalaport is just walkin distance super great, all of the famous pudu delicacy restaurant and kopitiam are just behind the hotel too. Overall had a wonderful 2 nights stay here.

I booked this hotel for 3d2n for a family of 6. I only stayed for 1 hour, and I decided to just change to another hotel. 1. Self check in kiosk is not working at all. 2. Stand infront of a counter staff to wait for check it. The staff totally ignored my presence. I mean zero eye contact, as if i am just a ghost standing there...I have to switch to another counter before a Chinese staff attend to me. 3. Lift are small...old mouldy smell in lift,along corridor, and inside room. The moment I stepped inside the room, I thought oh well,I will just head to a mart to buy some air freshener will do. The room, is old,rundown and every little things gradually makes me want to check out immediately. The final thing I saw is the pillow. I don't usually open the pillow cover to see but upon touching the antique pillow, i knew.. I am not going to stay here for the rest of the trip. How can such 4 stars hotel provide their customer with such pillow. Do they even sleep such pillow at home? The minimum you can do is to at least provide a decent pillow. Everywhere is dusty. For families with kids, I really suggest you not to stay such kind of hotel. You never know when your kids touch those table and put inside their mouth.

It takes nearly 2hours for me to check in. The staffs are super slow. The system could not realize who had paid the tax and fee, so the clients need to argue and it took hours for each person to argue this way. The swimming pool was broken. My kids got hurt and bleeding due to broken bricks there. The internet is slow and limited. I would rather use 4G.

The location is good, many local good food nearby. The room is spacious.
