One of the lights in the bathroom keeps on blinking. I think it was broken but can still use no worries.

The location is very goof. Can see the shopping mall and the road outside. There was a balcony too which my family love to spend at. The rooms are comfortable and all the equipments were all in good condition.

The air conditioner in the 2nd room are having a problem but thankfully the fan is enough to kept me cool through the night. The wifi is a little bit slow since using mobile broadband instead of fibre internet. Overall is fine.

The location is strategic, the house is clean. Easy to access and nearby to a shopping mall that have everything in it.

*Wifi* not support and weak. *Remote* TV need to check and hard to use. Provide a *mirror* at bedroom or hall.

Overall house manageable, clean and good 5S. The Room are so tidy and nice with same bedsheet (look so great). Please keep it up and maintain all the time.

Nothing is perfect in life

Just what we need. A homey house away from home for a weekend getaway. Host was very kind and helped all the way throughout check -in process (it may seem intimidating having to register here and there due to building requirements) and untill checking out. Everything is quite seamless.

Shower head holder need fixing in Bathroom in masterbedroom. So inconvenient to shower. Would be nice if shampoo is provided too in the bathrooms.

Perhaps a couple of mirrors in the rooms would be handy.

Overall, good location if you have a car. Nearest mall IOI City Mall was a mere 5 mins drive away with lots of food & shopping options. Downstairs, there are plenty of convenient marts , Tealive, Starbucks and a couple of local Indian/ Mamak restaurants. Also pharmacy & clinic. The apartment was equipped for a short stay with microwave/ fridge and sufficient cutlery. Everything is layed out nicely with proper instructions from the owner ( who is easily contactable). Overall clean and comfortable stay

The washer machine is not working, hence need to spend times to go to nearby laundry place. The kitchen is not complete without a stove to at least frying some eggs for breakfast (6am-9am). Considering breakfast places within walking distance is very limited and always very crowded. The view is not just facing the swimming pool but also directly facing opposite unit. Very uncomfortable when the curtains are lifted for some fresh air. The rules set by the management for swimming pool is utterly ridiculous. Hence the pool is left empty most of the time. Here Iisted some of the rules that are never mentioned or even written: -Guys must be topless unless its a full body swimming suit -Topless guys is not enough, the short must be a tight or a swimming trunk -Girls cannot wear real hijab, it must be specific head gear for muslimah swimmer The bedsheet and the pillowcase are considered dirty with few stain spots. The bed itself is very hard and the pillows causing a real neck pain. Dusty cabinet, furniture and curtains.

Easy commute to Hospital Serdang, IOI City Mall. 2 tiers security. Nearby Pasar Malam on Friday Night. Very polite and friendly host.

Dirty. Towels smell like men sweat. Kettle dirty and need to wash first before used. Overrated. They added hidden cleaning fee which is cost about rm95 but unfortunately the homestay wasn’t clean at all.

It is clean and easy to access. All information was sufficiently provided by the staff. The amenities i.e. towel, internet and tv channel is sufficient.

cant help to feel a little cheated since the listing pictures alluded to the apartment being at conezion and not at clio2. while still nearby it is definitely not walkable distance to convenient stores and restaurants. we also had some trouble checking out since we were told to leave the access cards in the apartment but you need the cards to go to the parking area.

the place is cozy and comfortable. everything is clean and the facilities are great.
