Very bad toilet condition, aircon full of dust, darkened pillow case, split flooring and bad door lock difficult to operate.

Only the view is likeable.

We booked for one night and ended up staying five nights! The staff is very friendly everyday giving us coffee, water and soap. We had the room with the balcony and we could fish right from there! We also took the boat out on the harbour. We spotted monkeys and some big lizard. They also have a little gym that we could use. Very close to shabandar beach and karambunai beach.

The staffs are so friendly. The green of mangroves and the sea view really felt like a big warm hug from the nature. Even the front yard of the facilities filled with beautiful deco lights during night time.

I don't like when the are no TV in the room, from the 1st day stay already got problem of internet line...of course the toilet is to small and wanted like drop down to river it not safe for toilet

Connected restaurant are SO RUDE and unacceptable! Only open for reservations and no walkin. Staff restaurant also rude can't talk to people nicely. Such a waste that beautiful place to stay have to connected with such terrible restaurant. Still surprised they're able to employ people and still open lol.

Surrounded by mangroves and hot humid weather. Great for short getaway especially for city dwellers.

- there was no refrigerator in the room. but there was a shared refrigerator within the Lobby. - the mattress seemed not replaced because there was a red stain (lipstick maybe). - the toilet was... seem like the have not done thorough cleaning. - the door 'slide lock' was broken/defective. - the alummium door step need to be replaced immediately for safety reason. - the sofa has stain, seem dirty. need to do cleaning. # i recommend to bring room perfume due to smelly environment.

I don’t know where to start. Hygiene is crucial when staying outside. First off there were food crumbs on the floor, on the chair and even the bed. Then there were stains on the sheets. Then you look in the toilet and there are other peoples hair on the floor and gunk still in the sink. We checked in at 2pm and checked out at 3pm.

I didn't enjoy my stay (it was the only night in the trip when I couldn't sleep at all). As soon as I arrived (and had paid for the night), the owner was telling me about all the reasons about why she might not give me my deposit back. She then asked me if I wanted to check out immediately at that time (before I'd even seen my room). The pictures look nice but what they don't show you is that there's a very bright (almost disco) light immediately outside the room, and that it's very loud. I couldn't sleep because it was too bright and loud. In the night, I heard something moving around my room that sounded to me like a mouse, but that the night porter thought might be a baby bird. I then complained to the night porter, and he comforted me, found me a new room (that was less bright and didn't have anything moving around it). I slept better after that. My advice is don't go for a "lagoon room" if you want sleep. The bathroom is also a tiny sectioned off area of the room made with flimsy wood. The tap in the sink didn't work (neither did one of the showers) and there's no toilet paper in the room.

The night porter (Boy) was very friendly, helpful, and kind.

no locks on doors, mattress on bunk bed was not mattress. they used very thin toppers. no lock on bathroom door, very small space. old towels. floor was not clean.
