White curtains are badly stained, and the window glasses and balcony are stained with molds. Elevators were quite packed especially during the weekend. 2 out of 3 elevators were working at the parking tower.

Check in was smooth. There were 4 check-in kiosks for self check in. The reception will help to attend with the kiosk if any there is any problem. Housekeeping service is quite okay. The view is amazing.

2 issues for me , to get the key is very trouble some .Need to go thru 2 lift and some walking to get to lobby , everytime i need to exit from the bulding i need to go to lobby to validate my touch n go /credit card to get free parking .the balcony and the sliding door is not cleaned, felt very dusty on the balcony floor ,the sliding door is not in sparkling condition . Some other minor issue - 10-15 min drive to Genting Highlands , the road condition is not very good. Plenty of potholes here and there . The facilities door on my floors are ugly and does not give a good impression .

Room is big ,toilet necessity is good including hair dryer, mattress and pillow is very comfortable ,2 cards provided , air conditional is provided as well vs first world hotel- no such thing .Some restaurant and shops available .

The road leading to the Grand Ion Delemen towers was poorly paved and dimly lit, making late evening drive hazardous especially as it can get very foggy. The restaurants around the Delemen complex was pretty expensive but the convenient stores and food kiosks were nicely stocked and fairly priced. While the check-in process was automated and quick, transiting to the apartments is a little confusing as reception, the carpark and the rooms were in three separate locations requiring quite a bit of walking. Also, every time we wanted to exit the carpark, we had to walk to the reception tower to waive our TnG card then walk back to the carpark tower to get the car. Tedious & tiring process! Would be great if TnG was available within the carpark. It would have been nice to have a microwave oven, some cutlery and plates in the room.

Easy self-check in. The 2 bedroom suite (with 2 bathrooms, a living area and 2 balconies) was very spacious and clean. Ample and free carpark (if you waive your TnG card at the reception!). Close to the Genting SkyAvenue Complex and Theme Park. Frequent buses plying between Grand Ion Delemen and Genting SkyAvenue Complex (approx RM7/pax).

It was leaking underneath the sink and they should upkeep their units with regular pest control. It’s a shame if it deteriorates as I really like staying there.

It’s comfortable and a good stay for a night or two in Genting. This is our 3rd time here.

Confusing to get from reception to the parking lot to the tower... quite a walk, although the map given was helpful. Perhaps there should always be a staff to guide until we get to the location.

The carpark is in Tower 1. We were asked to check in at Tower 2, and the room assigned to us was in Tower 4. It's quite a walking distance, going up and down the towers to use the connecting walkways. Signages could be confusing.

Automated check-in was quick and easy, the room was clean and spacious, even comes with air conditioning despite the cool weather. There were 24-hour convenience stores and cafes for light bites.

toilet has urine smell. booking.com said inclusive for all taxes and fees but still have to pay tourism fees anyway small matter. No kitchen equipment at all. only has one 2 seater sofa and a chair so there are 4 of us, one has to stand
