The 2nd room I checked in is smoking room. Both of us don’t smoke. It’s difficult to sleep.

The 1st room I checked in was great. However, I was given a queen size bed, instead of 2 single beds. The staff managed to swap our room.

The apartment has facilities we need. Very new and clean. The beds are comfortable.

1. Currently, there’s 24-hour construction just outside. The noise is not too bad but I have to keep the windows closed due to the dust. 2. When I checked into my room, everything looked tidy except the floor. It was dusty and water was spilled everywhere. The housekeeper dealt with it swiftly. 3. Given the location, it is quite difficult to get Grab car unless your journey costs >RM50. 4. No shops nearby except a MyNews store.

Spacious room with a balcony. A lot of personal beauty/grooming tools provided in the bathroom. All the staff members were nice. There is hourly van/bus shuttle to and from the Genting Resort (RM6 per person). Electric kettle, plenty mugs & bottled water provided.

The lobby was hard to find for the first time as the parking places are not in the same block as the lobby reception. I saw lots of guests facing the same issue when they looking for the reception.

I like the hospitality from this place, they offer free parking for the guests which you just need to validate your touch n' go card at lobby reception. The room is clean and very spacious.

15 minutes of driving via curvy road to the "actual" Genting Highland. The 2 bedroom apartment only has 1 bathroom/toilet for 4 pax. Out-of-service area for Umobile and Yes.com; free wifi provided by the host.

Swimming pool with warm water, and a restaurant just next to it. Large rooms. Free and plenty of space in the multi-level parking lot. Kids love this place. Nice and attentive receptionist at front desk.

From car park location to your check in lobby and your room maybe should be improve by hotel system to move their lobby to ground floor next to car park entrance. It is much easy to acess compare to current lobby with multiple lift to change and long walk just to reach their lobby every time for check in and check out.

Like the room is spacious with alot of space for a big family to hang around in one room to enjoy any quality time together.

location of this hotel was very good. The breakfast was adequate. Room size was very good and amazing views. Some cafes and restaurants around and only 8 mins to SKYWORLD if you can handle the winding roads. Bring a sick bag...hahahaha

overall the place and room is good, clean, perfect for family, just the location to get in to room is bit confuse. Need to put more direction mark for easier understanding.

pool changing room, no heater and not so clean. have bulb broken and its already out of the bulb housing in the pool. worry will cause something incident.

So expensive but the taste so so. Location quie far from attraction place but it still okay which those who love cloudy view and high view.

You had to change multiple lifts to go from one tower to another which was confusing,

The location of the hotel 🥺. It was super scary to arrive to the hotel around 9.30pm. Super hazy so I literally can’t see anything 🥺
