While the rooms were somewhat outdated, they were generally acceptable

We stayed at Geo Resorts for a few days during our week-long trip to Malaysia. The resort is ideally located if you prefer a quieter setting away from the busy Sky Avenue, and parking is readily available. Several local restaurants and a 7-11 are conveniently located near the hotel. . Be sure to take the Awana Skyway ride if you're visiting Genting Highlands, and don't miss exploring Sky Avenue at the summit.

Too bad the location was noisy in the midnight with cars and motorcycles rushing up the mountain. Believe this is the area's challenges, not just the location.

We were looking forward to breakfast at the hotel, but because of there were few numbers of guests that stayed there, the breakfast spread was served limited, hence we didn’t have our breakfast at the hotel. It would be a perfect staycation for us if the restaurant has a good breakfast spread!

The location is strategic, very comfortable room, the service was excellent.

The price in level 1 dining for breakfast is costly. If is low peak season, and you don't have many customer dining, the price should lower down lesser instead of RM70 per pax for a not much selection and pre pack nasi lemak and bihun. Which i think is really not worth to spend for RM70+ per pax. Other then that, everything was good.

love the hotel environment. The most i like is the staff is super attentive and very friendly. The room is very comfortable and very clean.

The staff at the check in is really slow to do the check in. The hotel does not provide any transport whatsoever and they do not even want to help us to call a taxi. That is just really sad.

The pool has warm water in it, so it doesnt matter if it in the morning or late evening the water is just good to swim. The room is spacious and very clean. Around the restaurant there are lots of shop and restaurant that open late till midnight so do not worry about food.

The location was good. Just right in town, near to the eateries. Staff were friendly. We like the security officers patrolling in the carpark. Feel secure to park there.

We did ask for room cleaning about an hour after we checked in but the concierge did not accommodate. For the price we pay, we hope that cleaning services can be accommodated as and when requested

I just loved the rain shower, the water pressure was superb. The swimming pool was clean & awesome too. Me and my family spent a great 2 hours or more in the pool. The front desk staff was friendly and approachable. Overall the place was quite, relaxing and easy access to many choices of food outlets.

Toilet had foul smell, maybe leakage in the floor trap or drain pipe connecting the toilet bowl. There were also alot of ants coming from the toilet bowl. Could hear construction from across the road.

Room was nice, pleasant, the staff was awesome 👌 very helpful, well mannered and super fact check in and out.

We have stayed here multiple times but the last 2 times we stayed here, the cleanliness has declined. The last round it had food stains and sticky stains all over the floor. This time, it had ant trails in the cupboard and toilet.

Hotel check in process was too long. No free drinking water supplied to room except for 2 bottles provided during the initial check-in. Too many construction happening ard the hotel and extremely noisy with a lot of motorcycles racing like sound till wee hours like 2am ++.
