Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. MalaysiaSafety for other guest and children, eventho I'm traveling with my friends all adult may exposed to some danger such as sharp corner. Especially in front of the bathroom, there is a room corner that are sharp and potentially harmful and expose danger especially to the kids when the floor is slippery. To management please take this as a serious matter. Other than than the rubber yellow mat seems uneasy and i feels like it's moldy, but it's not really serious so it's acceptable. Facilities however something is inaccurate, such as iron, there is no iron available in the room itself. Check in girl receptionist during evening are so patient and cheerful, smile back when I'm smiling so they passed the vibes. But sadly the night receptionist could be better, despite not really having a lot of guest they want to act professionals but in the end they just expressing strict act. I know you're following the rules but at least don't be too serious until you don't even smile to other guest, you should be more friendly. That's how you attract more guest. Others than that is all good.
The room are quite nice and very pleasant to stay, lobby are beautiful and security are nice, only give 1 card but I'm not gonna argue with that since it's 3 stay. And i would likely say this is a bir premium 3 stars hotel that can even rival a budget economy 4 stars hotel. The aircond are cold and quiet despite the heat from outside of hotel. The water heater is working properly but only at the night it's only gave it warm water, not really hot but it's acceptable. So far, it's very pleasant and might come back for event stay

PhilippinesMaybe it's just me. or maybe because I booked a room without a window. So, first time I entered the room there is something weird smell, I can't be specific it like chemical or is it just the room didn't expose direct from the sunlight.
I like how accommodating the staff and how convenient the hotel. Easy access within the area, there are restau just around the corner, convenient store I guess (Mr. DIY) is jus next the restau, and a lot of delicious foods around it that can meet your taste. And also there is park nearby.

SingaporeThe rooms are not exactly soundproof, so we could hear some slamming of the doors and also loud chatting from the hotel's staff. The room is also smaller than it looks on pictures. Will recommend this for shorter stays only.
The location was great. It was near a couple of large shopping malls and there were plenty of food options around (even late night options). Check-in was relatively easy as well.

And yes, they don't greet or smile...i hope they do know they are in hospitality business ? One last thing but not a big problem...housekeeping can be further improve...👌
Clean, comfortable hotel facing directly Bkt Indah Park. Variety of restaurants, fast food outlet nearby, but no cafe outlets though. And it is walking distance to Aeon Bkt Indah...👌

SingaporeFound out that pricing on booking.com was actually higher than the walk-in / call-in rates. Also, there tends to be some slamming of the doors in the morning and I could hear the housekeeping staff talking even in my room.
The room was fairly clean with the basic amenities provided. Location was great with loads of food options, massages and malls nearby. Take note that there's no ironing board (if you need one).
