My suggestion may be to improve further in terms of providing additional needs such as pillows, blankets. if you want to charge extra is acceptable.

The location is nearby LRT construction so that the main road is block.

The room is big, comfortable and clean. The bed is comfy. The location is very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is good even though pre packed. Hope will have buffet soon. The staff very friendly and helpful. Soon will have LRT nearby. Recommended and I will definitely will stay again soon.

The upper management should consider to place a 24hrs standby technician to handle any technical issue faced by the guest with their rooms. My rooms doors lock ran out of battery, and I cant enter my room. I was asked to use other room 1st because no technician standby(3am) to fix my room door. Ended up the Manager Eugene came down on the spot to hotel to fix the door. Room cards need to be reprogrammed everyday if you stay for more than 1 day, that a big hassle to go to reception to renew your cards again.

The hotel is well maintained and squeaky clean. Being a guest since they opened a year ago. And the staffs there are very friendly and polite. Kudos to the manager Mr.Eugene for handling guest problems well and effectively. Thumbs up for the on floor team.

The TV should have Netflix or smart TV..

It's new hotel. Staff very helpful n polite. Parking is free. Has big and clean swimming pool. Pool open till 10.30am, while gym open 24hours. Breakfast by pack but taste good .

Location is near the industial area. Facing difficulty to get taxi through Grab. A lot of over-bridge construnction work is under proigress, which casuing trafic jam. There is no restaurant or breakfast at hotel.

I like this hotel overall, the only downside is that it doesn't have a swimming pool that is really suitable for children under 5 years old. The hotel also lacks clear directions. Needs to be improved for customer convenience.

Because it is a new hotel, the hotel is very clean, all the furniture is new. The room is quite spacious. Comfortable bed. Pretty good equipment. Most important thing is, tv have a few good channel, not a typical tv for a display.

when i first step in to the hotel,the receptionist girl aisyah already greet me with friendly smile, and she make sure I get my room immediately.the room was spacious,with complete amenities and super clean.quiet room with amazing view,be it from the room or swimming pool.walk distance to restaurant,24 hour shop and coffee shop.definitely to repeat again

Wished that the stay can include with breakfast. The location of the hotel was right in the center of Glenmarie, so the traffic was so bad during peak hours. If the MRT was completed it should be more convinient for the guest.
