whilst the internal of the flat is comfortable and pleasant the location of the property in the complex is rather poor. THe showers has poor pressure but functioning. the lifts were not working and the stairwell to the property is poorly lit. the pool were filled with extremely dirty water and not maintained. the television was not functioning due to irregular internet supply. the check in time is 3pm and the check out time is 12pm, and this is very regimented. any slight delay in checking out and there would be an attempt to charged extra., be it 10 minutes, so plan in advance for such a system.

location was excellent in regards to distance from the activities - however a private vehicle is required as public transport service is irregular.

I could not turn on the TV. The bathroom floor in the Master Bathroom is slightly slippery once it gets wet. The walkway leading to the apartment is quite dark.

The location is convenient and relatively easy to find via GoogleMaps. It's near activities such as Eagle feeding and fireflies. The room floors are clean. It's spacious enough. The mattresses are comfortable enough. There's enough parking slots.

The entrance into the property very dirty and not well kept. It was not mentioned that one of the rooms has no air cond in it so 2 of them slept in the hall.

Both lift and TV are not working and there is 1 room without air conditioning.

The location is close to sky mirror. There are 2 places to board the boat and our are in boat cafe which opposite to the one we found.

Corridor has no light and lift also malfunction. Nicely the Homestay at first floor and near to the staircase. Must be very careful not to park at other places besides this Homestay downstairs parking lot, else other householder will throw rubbish on your car.

Quite clean and about 9 minutes to another fireflies and blue eyes station, besides the one near to this Homestay. Nice decorations. Equipped with towels and hairdryer, quite convenient. I like their pillow that is quite comfortable to sleep.

The shower bath experience was unpleasant as water pressure was so poor. Cannot 2 bathrooms with people shower at one time because the water stop flow in at master bathroom. This defeated the purpose of having 2 bathrooms. The vinyl floor is iust nice to see as when stepping on it, feels a little sticky, i don't like it. I wore socks throughout my stay. The design is unique but due to wall painted in blue, it makes the rooms very dull. One of the bedroom has no aircond.

The bed is big and comfy. It has washing machine, just nice if you need it. Location is great, good access to tourist spots. Overall is good anyway.

Apartment exterior had unpleasant smell otw up,lifts are out. TV signal was bad on 1st day. Gesture could have been better, who charges rm50 for 30min late checkout, so checked out on time and was shock to encounter a lizard in the house while were packing up, wasnt sure it was with us throughout the night, scary to think of if it was as i had kids. Could have come in from tall grasses behind the place.

Strategic location, just nearby the jetty with shops n cafes nearby. Big, clean and cozy place, nicely done.

1. no stove or microwave if want to heat or makes some simple food at unit 2. the water pressure was not satisfied , water too small for bathing 3. bathroom's door and door room for Room 1 are in bad condition

The water pressure was poor (if you flush the toilet, you'll need to wait a while before you can turn on the shower or the tap), no air cond in one of the rooms and no microwave or cooker, which would have been helpful as we had to have an early breakfast the next morning and kids wanted to have instant noodles.

Parking is easy, access to the unit was convenient, some convenience stores nearby, apartment was very clean and host was super friendly and hospitable. There's free wi-fi, games and DVDs though we were only there to sleep at night so did not have much time to enjoy the amenities.
