The parking space is very limited.

Although it is Chinese owned, they were able to prepared food for Muslim. They bought us roti canai from Muslim vendor. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Suit the 4 of us plus 1 baby. All is good. Very close to Bukit Bendera and Kek Lok Si.

Parking at the groundfloor very limited, but can park at open park at the back of hotel.

The staff very friendly. For muslim, can order roti canai for breakfast ( need to inform earlier in the night before).

A very limited parking with small lot of places and not a good breakfast cozs it's very simple menu..,. toilet flesh also have a problem even do the hotel worker fix it back but still have there same problem....

1. The website (booking.com) was misleading to show & highlight on cheaper price (RM141), but when we paid it is more (RM151) 2. Deposit RM100 at check-in 3. No explanation given on the breakfast during check-in (it turned out we need to choose from the menu & place order; but since there was only 1/2 lady at that time, she couldn't stand-by at the reception desk all the time) 4. The overnight trashes were not cleaned until almost it's check-out time for us (someone else's trashes they put outside of our room, it smelled) 5. No tissue (other than toilet tissue), and toiletries provided means only 1 liquid wash for body & shampoo. Dont expect toothbrushes 6. No room sandals 7. Only 1 card for 2 guests 8. Wi-fi didn't work

The only thing we didn't like was that although the location was very near tothe Penang hill, but most of the International restaurants and tourist spots were very far away. Another issue was the unavailability of drinking water cooler. ( They provided water bottles everyday but that's not enough)

Parking was very limited and small, internet was intermittent and slow, toilet flush was a bit weird but works. Bed sheets was a bit stained.

Location was good walking distance to penang hill, and the morning market. Staff for helpful and friendly. We didnt manage to try the provided breakfast. Rooms was ok, sheets was old but clean. Can be much better.

The wifi was REALLY weak. The tv channels did not have good Eng selections. The breakfast including coffee could have been tastier. The bathroom bidet hose leaked non stop causing a small puddle all the time.

The location is central ...v convenient indeed. The place was pleasant and well kept. My room was quiet which is what I liked. The staff, Miss Leong ( 2 sisters) were v helpful and accomodating. Miss Leong even helped me with my elderly aunt in the wheelchair. Eric at the counter was also attentive and helpful. They were v helpful when I lost my hp and needed help to find it. Thank you.
