My basic expectation is met for the apartment . The lift card cannot function , we have to get security guard to assist to tap for us every time . Many visitors have same problem . Should change a new card.

The sound proof not very good. Can hear people walking and talking along the corridor.

Strategic located near mall. The traffic can be quite busy though. Check in and out are hassle free as the instructions provided are very clear. The apartment is clean and spacious.

The apartment is super spacious, clean, bright and so conveniently located. It is directly connected to mall, 7-11 and many restaurants, within 5 min walk to the conference center and 10 min walk to major touristic hotspots. I felt very safe here with 24-hr reception downstairs and many shops and restaurants nearby that open until midnights. The owner was very friendly, helpful and provided good recommendations through WhatsApp. Thank you very much!

We enjoyed to stay in the unit very much, the location is super, the unit is clean and the self check- in intruction is clear. The owner, Lawrence, is also very helpful. Definitely will book the unit if travelling to JB again.

The access card card cannot tap the lift well as we kept on changing lifts to tap but lift access not able to read. Was very stressful n the counter staffs did not even bother to ask what was happening. Staff at counter was very nonchalant saying it’s not under his jurisdiction but to ask security for help. We managed with the security’s help. I know that counter staff only serve hotel guests but at least be nice & welcoming. It’s basic courtesy.

Apartment is clean, comfortable & host is very prompt in giving clear instructions for self-check in despite our late check in. There was mutual trust as no deposit is collected & host did not chase us to check out but we checked out in time. Very happy with my stay n will definitely come back.

not a minus point, but opposite the window is another hotel, so they could see us and we could see them. but its not on the property. it is fine if we close the curtains

very convenient. near to komtar, and jb sentral and haidilao is just downstairs. the apartment was also clean and well maintained. hopefully we can get this again the next time we come to stay.
