I got a room with a weird aircond. It was located above the door and the aircond is not cool eventhough i have adjust the temp and fan. I think the aircond location is not strategic since it was not facing to the bed and it has own timer which every one hour will turn off automatically even i have tried many times to off the timer. I don’t know why. But overall is very good just the aircond is bad.

The room is clean and comfortable to stay. The TV even has the netflix feature! Has a kitchen for u to cook and water dispenser.

The water pressure from shower is very low. Good for 1 night stay. There are fee for parking according to hours.

Overall i am satisfied with the room. Big enough for 1 person. Sufficient number of restaurants to choose from. 7E is nearby.

1) Room #3 - too slow bathroom sink tap, as mentioned in previous review. 2) Room #3 - Netflix not working and when I complain to the virtual host, I was asked to wait, and I waited till check out but the Netflix issue was not fixed.

Have to pay for parking and not cheap, but ok as I already consider it before booking. Park from around 4 pm to 2pm the next day cost around rm 23. The parking rate rm2 for 1st hour & rm 1 /hr after it.

The room is good. Easy check in process n check out. Great place for short stay.

The male staff was friendly but the female staff on the day wasn’t helping enough..and one more thing i dont like that the parking fee cannot be waived by the hotel..

The room is comfortable and big enough for 2 ppl..clean and i like the sofa in the room..and also the lift it’s diff from the other lift i have used before..the hotel is a bit hidden but the male staff guided us through it..

The hotel is very new that it didn't have a signage yet, so it wasn't easy to locate. The area requires to enter a paid parking space and charged hourly - so it is more economy to park out by the roadside.

The hotel is very new, everything is new. The owner was very prompt, communication via WhatsApp was very efficient. It was easy to get into the rooms. Rooms were reasonably spacious, very clean and had all the amenities. Tasteful interior, minimal but nice. Next to the building is a mall, with grocery, subway, guardian and some other restaurant, convenient for those without transport.

Bidet and shower hose are leaking, water from the sink is too small - all from Room No 3; please improve on these. Also the paid parking - though I believe this is beyond their control. And the lift was not working....

My second time staying here and I like this time much better. Very comfortable bed, free Netflix, extremely cheap rate are among the reasons I chose this place. Thanks to Admin who contacted me through WhatsApp before and after checking in. I really appreciate that.
