Overall the service apartment is clean. The view to sky, mountain and other Genting Highland facilities is exceptional.

Very nearby to Arena and has shuttle service. Loved the location and certainly away from the noise around. Needs a bit of cleaning up especially at the rubbish counter and refrigerator. There is a certain stench (bau busuk). Fortunate I had my scent candle to set the mood right. Otherwise certainly worth the money !!! No doubt

MalaysiaThe property is located in a area with others buildings still under construction. Construction noise can be very annoying when we open the balcony door. And there is not much of privacy too when we can see those construction workers working on the building opposite to our balcony.
The location of the property is about 4km from alll the theme parks, shoppings and casinos. As long as you have your own transport, moving around is quite convenient. If you don't have own transport, there is a shuttle bus traveling between the 2 locations with a fee.

I did my reservation 30min before I arrive but the check in were so fast and easy. Free parking available but slightly away from apartment but if you want to park nearby the apartment you need to pay additional RM35 for day parking or RM50 for overnight 1 day parking at apartment facility. Bedsheet and floor were dirty but when notify the host, they actioned super fast on getting their staff to replace the bedsheet and clean up the floor thou it was night hour. Overall stay were pleasant.

MalaysiaI was there for concert and I like that there’s shuttle bus (RM7 per trip) to Arena of Stars’ building, so it’s so convenient. Just that the timing when come back is very crucial, I had to run after the concert end to catch up the last trip of bus. Will be great to accommodate to the concert timing. Overall the hotel is good!
