Quite far from restaurant and other immediate needs . If you want to stay here need to plan in advance and but your need and only come for staying in facility peacefully. Second thing you s water pressure was very low . I had a hard time to take shower with very low water pressure.

Quite area , have facility if you want to have swimming or gym to access. Free parking.

The room and view is great. Facilities are complete too. Very clean and spacious. Maintenance guy came right away after us reporting about the aircon is not working. Awesome to be on the ball. 👍

During our check in process, we had issues with our keycards malfunctioning, so we were unable to enter the room. Since we had a late check in (midnight), understandably, the hosts were already offline. Usually for accommodations utilizing keycards and keypads, a password would be given as backup in case the cards malfunction (as written in the guidelines given to us by the accomodation). However, the hosts failed to give us a password ahead of time as backup resulting in delay during the check in. Though it was an annoyance in our part, I still felt grateful to the 1 admin host who responded when I called. Apart from that, the wifi in our apartment was bad, though i didnt mind that much since we had our own stronger mobile data. The bathrooms door locks were malfunctioning though leading us unable to lock the bathrooms when used.

The apartment was modern, simple, very clean and minimalist. Great view and location. Very near to the local attractions and mall. The guards of the apartment were also accommodating, helping us during our check in process.

it was very very difficult to get the keys, and only after contacting them many times were we able to realise the keys came from another building entirely... a ten minute drive away. Thankfully we had a car but without it I would have found this impossible. They were supposed to contact me on the day, but took a very long time to do so. They also then asked for RM200 deposit ON THE DAY of getting the keys - I hadn't seen this information beforehand so was shocked. what I really didn't like though were the signs everywhere saying if you don't wash this you will be fined. If you don't keep this clean you will be fined.

it was a tad inconvenient having to pick up and drop off the key at a different apartment building, considering we don’t have a car, so we had to ask the grab drivers to stop by and give them a extra. Also the some parts of the building need more attention in terms of the cleanliness. We saw a trash bag and cigarette buts thrown over the railing near the hallway of level 19 by someone else and weren’t cleaned for a few days.

the apartment is spacious, all the facilities function well. the bedrooms had a lot space to store your belongings. the bathrooms are clean and well designed, the water pressure could have been better though. kitchen equipments made it very convenient for us to cook and dine. all the cleaning chemicals are also made available. they even had children’s plates and cutleries. very well thought.

Instruction from mgmt team very slow. Took about 1 hour from 1st communication to delivery of access cards. Inconvenience to go to another building to get the access keys. For first timer.it will be cumbersome. The master bathroom door was broken and cannot closed properly. The master bathroom shower knob was not functioning correctly to choose between ceiling shower or handheld shower. The iron was faulty. Each time switch on the power switch tripped. Hence unable to do ironing. Basic toiletries not provided ie toothbrush and toothpaste. No hand towels provided. Cannot find living room aircon switch. Had to use fan only. Was given a different unit from the confirmation email by booking.com. A-19-06 instead of original C-18-06 which changed the view completely. Checking out requirement at 11am is not helpful for leisure travellers. The normal checkout time at 12 noon is prefered. Hence will not choose this mgmt homestay in future.

No drinking water supplied. Sometimes guest arrived and tired and need to cook water from the tap and let it cold before can drink. It is better drinking water been provided as well. Check out time is early an hour from std hotel check out time. We need to clean the house first and moved our luggage. And travel to another place to return the keys. It's going to take sometimes.
