there was a musky odour wafting off the room. It smelt like the room hasn't been used in awhile and there hasn't been any ventilation. Which is weird that when I asked for an early check-in and they said no because the room was occupied, but it had that kind of smell. After awhile the smell is no longer noticeable.

Overall okay. Very comfortable, and all facilities are complete.

The suite didn't have WiFi. When we booked the suite from booking.com WiFi was included. Collected of the key was complicated and two kilometres distance between suite and there we collected and returned key.

i rent 2 unit. one of the unit dont have wifi, since the studio house at 21 floor, personal data a bit slow. they should provide internet in all unit.

swimming pool so cozy and big. environment so calm and nice.. not to crowded. parking very easy to access and all guard very friendly. We satisfied with our stay and will repeat again when i visit johor again in future.

I find the bathroom's cleanliness commendable, but the lingering odor is unpleasant. The sofa appears dirty, and there are occasional issues with slow wifi, hindering TV watching. Despite minor issues, overall, the experience is satisfactory.

I appreciate the efficient and courteous treatment from the staff, with prompt responses via WhatsApp. Despite occasional slow wifi, the exceptional and swift assistance provided by the staff makes it acceptable. Besides that, the accommodation is conveniently located in close proximity to Legoland Malaysia.

Key collection is a bit trickier than we realised as it is in a completely different building 5 minutes drive away. Luckily our taxi (SGMYTAXI from Singapore Airport) waited and took us to the correct building. However, the actual process of collecting was very easy. There are no food options in the Grand Medini building so you do have to be a little bit organised and go to the Mall for shopping. Hadn't realised our room had no WIFI - this was a bit of a pain.

Stayed here for 5 days at Legoland Malaysia. The room was great - spacious and clean. Great to have a little kitchen to prepare food for my fussy kid! Shower was hot and strong. Swimming pool on level 9 is really beautiful. Some reviews complained about the distance to Legoland but we did not find this an issue - a 15 minute walk with footpaths all the way if you turn left out of the gates of Grand Medini (the way google suggests is more tricky with bits of footpath missing). Great to have the BIG supermarket just outside Legoland in the Mall of Medini - plus quite a few restaurants and fast food places.

Everything except certain things is without instructions for the things like washing machine, aircon and TV.. for TV channel there isn't any astro channel so my parents just watch tv1 or 2..

I think it was not really convenient to collect keys from other building, and travel back to the apartment we booked. There was kind of smell from the toilet, which management need to look into it. Saw a very small baby cockroach at kitchen area.

Overall the stay was good, near to Legoland and many foodie nearby like Eco Botanic.
