i hate that my room doesn’t have water heater and it was so cold to take a bath. furthermore it looks like the pillow and comforter were not cleaned & washed properly because there is musty smells on it and my parents cannot sleep because of that. please improved your service. quite disappointed due to this issues.

hi, i like all those decorations & scent when i first arrived to hotel. the staff trying to solve my issues which I thought i already paid the money using card which i used for booking. i was quite confused but it went smooth anyway

Airconditioning is just average, takes a fairly long time to get cold. Room is dim, lighting could be improved. The TV is too small, for the room price, its should be bigger.

Room and bathroom is clean, carpet and bedsheets had no odour, though 1 pillow smells like its used. Hot water in the bathroom is instant, towels are fresh and plush. Bed and sofa were comfortable.

Free Carpark but security may be a concern as anyone can park. Also easy access to rooms from carpark lift to hotel lobby lifts, straight up to rooms levels. Carpark is a bit rundown, wall paint looks used and not brightly lit. Found one coffee cup with red lipstick stain. 😳

Buffet breakfast was adequate. Love the warm middle size croissant and little cinnamon roll. Ample choices. Delicious rendang. The hotel is booked with company functions. Expect some crowds in the lobby. Room was spacious and clean toilet. Comfortable pillows and firm mattress.

The reception area has a huge stain glass ceiling and it is beautiful. Everything else was good as well. We were walking distance from the river market. We had a comfortable stay there to explore historic Malacca.

there is no chinese channel on the TV as well as water heater for shower -not hot at all, but the basin/ sink one over hot, and also all are the wall power sockets that made now fast charging plugs falls/ inconvenience for charging

The room is too dim. If want to do work in the room at night will be a little strain to the eye. A suggestion maybe to put a different light at the study table. The aircond sound is also loud make it a little harder to sleep at 1st.

The breakfast is nice with both Asian and Western choice. However the desert selection is too small.

Safe deposit box was not working. Small tv as compared to other hotels that i have stayed. Bathtub is a bit old and has some stain. Lack of gym equipement for those who want to do some proper workout.

Staff was friendly, with smile. Fast check in/out. Well decorated, clean and romantic feel. Room dining food was resonable priced (for hotel standard). Clean and a seriously spacious room and bathroom. Bed is very comfy. Hotel is about 20 mins walk to Jonker street. Buffet food is good, but limited variety.
