1. Too many hidden charges - the price is quite cheap but the deposit is rm100 plus the card is also rm100 per card.. so if u need to use 2 cards..u have to put a deposit of another rm200...so in all the deposit is rm300.. 2. Basic amenities in the toilet is provided but other than that there is no coffee/ tea sachets..only bottled water n kettle. There is only one rubbish bin provided which is in the toilet and it was damn small so its quite difficult to keep the rubbish all in. 3. There is no iron board and the iron will only provided if u ask later 4. The cleanliness of the toilet bowl can be improved further. The sheets on the bed does not smell nice either 5. Since u are basically menumpang di The Pines Hotel..so there is no breakfast options.

The suite is spacious.. the toilet has hose and the amenities in toilet are provided The view is scenic.. looking out to the straits adn sea..the location is strategic

The location close to the river walk is great for exploring Malacca. Great river view. Spacious and clean room. Quite and serene stay compared to staying at city centre

About parking, why guess need to pay when you stayed at the resident.

No breakfast been provided even though paid hundreds over. Got to know from other guesses they paid below 100 with the same room as mine.

The location was perfect, close to the city centre and attractions. Also the room was spacious, clean and well maintanance.

It was not really clean. A lot of dust in the corner, hair in the drawers, fingernails on the couch, mold in the bathroom, please see pictures. The bathroom also stinked most of the time. There was also a button for cleaning the room but was ignored by the staff even when they changed the towels. The WiFi was also very bad.

The price: we paid 150€ for 7 nights, so it was very cheap. It was also located next to the center, around 15min walk to jonker street. We could also reach the receptionist by phone all the time via WhatsApp.

NO IRON. YOu need to call them. No microwave, no kitchen appliances No cooking is allowed. The pillow has some sort of smell, seems like someone has been using the pillow or it has not been washed. The smell is so strong that I couldn’t use them.

Good Location, can walk along the riverbank at anytime. Opposite Kampung Morten. Room is spacious. Clean.water boiler mini fridge, Hairdryer & bottle ,towel available, shower gel n shampoo provided. No Netflix. USB PANEL AVAILABLE at table top, Universal plug points too.

The cleanliness of the bathroom are bad. There is no toiletries and parking free provided. Counter for receptionist are not 24 hours.

Location is not ideal - Expect 30 min walk to reach the center, and having very few restaurant / supermarket options around. This shouldn't be a big issue though, Grab rides are cheap in Malaysia and the quality of the room and facilities are great to account for this. The only improvement point would be the check-in process.

Located in the Pines building, you have access to great facilities - rooftop pool and gym - at a lower price than Pine's guests. Views from the apartment are AMAZING, and the room is very spacious, consisting of a bed area, plus a sofa and kitchen area. Bed was big and comfortable, and it was overall clean.

we have to pay every time we want to go out. Very ridiculous and expensive. We have already paid a lot but we have to pay for parking and the machine to pay for parking is problematic, causing us trouble! Hope greystone pays attention.

I stayed three nights and first time accounted there was no cleaning and tidying of the hotel room daily!😮wait till I check out. Another negative point was, we will be charging expensively if we park our car at The Pine hotel! After all, we were still guest of the hotel! Right?

I like the spacious of the room and nice view of the river!
