When the lights switches are off, the room is in total darkness. Suggest a small night light, and more rails if not hooks in the room to hang damp bath towels and clothes, and a bum gun for the bathroom, and floor water scrapper to sweep away the water on the floor.

Location is easy to the main attractions of Melaka, and the place is clean. Drinking water is provided. Clothes iron and washing machine were sighted and I guess that's part of the facilities for guests. Early self check-in is apparently possible as I was given the access codes before the published check-in time.

The main problem was the poor water pressure which made showering a slow and unsatisfactory affair. I also felt there was no ventilation in the bathroom. Moreover, the sink was located in the bathroom itself so it's a little inconvenient even to wash hands etc. I would suggest maybe placing a sink or two in the landing area upstairs for greater convenience. (I didn't notice if there was a unlocked common toilet within the premises. That would be appreciated by guests of the family room who otherwise would have to queue to use the toilet in the bathroom, you know what I mean?)

The guest house was very clean, from the room to the private external bathroom. In fact, the entire premises was very neat and inviting. We were in a family room upstairs with 2 double beds. It was simply furnished but good enough for a night's stay. There's a pantry downstairs with a water dispenser (which was not stated, so we brought our own water). Parking was conveniently located though it was tricky to manoeuvre into the parking lot! I was attracted by the pretty facade.

Room felt a little boxy as no natural light from window and bathroom 3 shower didn’t work well but bathroom 4 was great!

Very clean and secure. Although we had a shared bathroom it was well kept and tidy. Air con was great and let us cool. Staff were very helpful, even after a broken door handle they came very quickly to assist us and moved us into a new room. Location is perfect to explore malacca and nearby a 7/11 for convenience.

The rooms were small and basic. Can feel claustrophobic to some.

It was generally clean, although there were strands of hair on the floor when I walked into the room. It was easy to check in and check out - the instructions given were clear. Shared bathrooms were clean at all times.

The guest house is immaculate and recently renovated. The location is a bit of a walk to center of old Town and A Formosa. Short walk to mall and food outlets. Our room was quite small, but all facilities are spotlessly clean and really nice. Check in is done via what's app and all worked well. Great showers and quiet location.

The only thing that I think could be improved is the water in the bathroom. It is slow.

Water heater doesn't work and i just miss common room which very charming room feel like i sit in real malay house.

Clean and safe. The location is good. The room also has windowpane for look out view. Cute architecture. Facilities you cant suppose to find in common way, there are hair dryer, iron and washing machines which there make you feel like stay in your home. See you later. ;)

1 tiny drawback was that my room had no window however it was not a big issue, I just made sure I went outside!!!

The property was clean and comfortable and I felt very secure. The manager was super friendly and helpful!! It was about a 15 minute walk to central town which I really did not mind, however due to the heat I would recommend either renting a bike or (if you’re walking) getting to your destination early (before 11am as that is when it gets hot) as that 15 minutes in the heat of the day was rough!!!

The room doesn't have a window, and it's not very spacious, therefore hard to freshen out the air, and not a pleasant place to chill... But has Aircon and there is a small common area for having a nescafé or tea. The cafe area could be a little bit more comfortable maybe with a fan , as it can get really hot some days.

It was clean! It has a simple aesthetic,. I really liked, they cleaned regularly all common areas, provided good smelling soap and towel.
