Awkward placement of drainage hole in the bathroom/shower -- caused some temporary flooding when showering. If only there was another drainage hole for the shower water to flow out, then the toilet floor-area need not be wet and slippery after someone uses the shower. Suggestions: Could you place some hooks in the bathroom so that we can hang a towel or some clothes while showering? The number of TV channels could be increased, perhaps?

Excellent location -- you can find an outdoor hawker centre just opposite, shopping centre next door and another bigger one further along the road. The room has all the amenities you can expect from a decent hotel. Excellent and friendly staff -- thank you for making our vacation enjoyable. Would we want to stay here again? YES!!

The pillow is soft. We like more solid pillows. Hope will improve on this.

I like about the staff there, and the location is very good. It is middle of Gurney Plaza, the mall and the Gurney Drive night market. So you don't need to worry about food. There is also 7-Eleven nearby.

The room was prepared in advance before my arrival, AC switched on which I appreciate after a busy day before arrival during the scorching heat. Service by the host is also good... changed the electric kettle for me after I requested that the kettle short circuits

Can't think of any. For the very reasonable hotel rate, it's the best you can get.

Everything was great. We could check in earlier when we arrived at the hotel. Location and facility and service were great. Beds are clean and comfy. Second time staying here and I had even better experience.

The shared shower and toilet is somewhat inconvenient as the floor is then wet most of the time. The wifi signal is not very strong in the room.

Close to gurney plaza and all the local hawker food stalls, only 100 meters away. Close to Pulau tikus market as well. Easy access to local bus. Location Is prime. The accommodation is clean and comfortable.

They have no lift, so if your room is on the top floor (they only have 2 floors), you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Also if the other guests talks on the corridor, you can hear it quite loudly in your room. Another thing that can be improved is the wifi because it is quite bad, I can't use it to work at all.

It is literally next to Gurney Plaza and at night you can get food from the hawker center right in front of the lodge. There is a bus stop in front, but we took the bus that stopped at the opposite side of Gurney Plaza from the airport then walked through the mall to reach the lodge. The room has what you need to sleep, it is clean although slightly small. The bathroom is the type where when you shower, the toilet will get wet too, but it is no issue as it gets dry pretty quickly.

FIrst of all, the room was rather small, no wardrobe, the bed is short (for a 185cm tall person) Actually, our luggage and things were all over the room. The window was small.
