Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeNo windows in the room, no natural lighting. felt stuffy. Location is very near CIQ, if you follow GPS when exiting, it will ask you to turn right, which will lead you back into CIQ exiting lanes and you can't escape. Take note to turn LEFT no matter what then let the GPS renavigate you.
The beds and pillows was really comfortable, comparable to five star hotels.

SingaporeNot so straight forward to travel there, drive need to take a long route to reach. Traffic can be heavy at certain hours. Breakfast is too simple, should have more variety of jam, bread, milk for coffee.
Simple room, clean and neat. Security is also reason well. Price is ok

It was nearby the customs (around like 5-10mins by car), room was comfortable and cozy.

Amazing place for the value! I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a quick short stay :) The staff was great, the bed was comfy and the room was spacious enough. There was even free breakfast and coffee in the morning!

The location and sound insulation of the hotel is good, even loud music was playing downstairs, only little was heard in the room. The location was near to ciq and also ferry terminal. Free parking provided as well

SingaporeThe soundproofing was not too good. Our room was near to karoake lounge - it was a bit noisy till 1am. But they did lower the volume once we feedback to the reception desk.
Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Room and toilet was good size and clean. Reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff were friendly and efficient.
