Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeThe washing basin should be in the shower instead of outside the shower and inside the room. There are many other shops that we would like to explore but the roads are very busy most of the time. It is difficult to drive across the streets to the other part of mount austin.
There are many food options beside the hotel. There are also many entertainment outlets nearby. My favourite are Mr Roti (must try the salted egg buns), CMS Coconut Milk Shake and durians! The hotel room is small but compact with a good shower.

Really felt like dying as the smell permeates the rooms whole day. 1st night bedsheets were torn (for one bed) and have large brown stain (for second bed) but 2nd night was clean and good. Water pressure weak and hot water comes slowly.
Many eateries around of good variety. Supermarket nearby too with good selection. Nice steamboat just downstairs.

SingaporePictures looked way better than room. Actual quality of room is equivalent to other S$30-40 hotels I’ve stayed (paid S$75-80 for 1 night. Tap and towel rack were loose, rooms not maintained well, only lobby looks nice. Felt like we were paying for lobby only. Karaoke downstairs of hotel and lobby was soundproofed well, but not the rooms. Parking lots available but hotel only informs you to pay for your own parking via app. For the price charged, they should include parking.

Malaysianoise cancellation is not really good as the noise from the karaoke and the night pub downstairs can be heard clearly from the room at level 2. smell of cigarette is strong as well.
it is family friendly where there are rooms with 2 queen size beds that allows family with 4 stay together in the same room around the area. Also, various FOC light food and coffee or tea are provided.

SingaporeThe toilet lock and door doesn't closes properly (not sure if its expansion due to time). They don't provide the remote control for the aircon too, so we can't control the temperature. Seems like this is not a problem specific to my room this time round as I encountered the same 2 issues when i stayed at their family room a month ago, but it's all manageable.
Location was great, centralised in Mount Austin and within walking distance to most of the activities in Austin. Room is also simple and nice, no frills kind of set up. Sheets are clean and the staff are very friendly and check in was efficient. Whole experience was great!
