Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Decent budget hotel close to the airport and Tanjung Aru beach. Not much to do around the area but I was staying as I had an early flight to catch. People at reception were fantastic and welcoming with the exception of one young man working there who was quite dismissive. Overall, an ok place to stay for the price if you need to be in that area. CBD is only a 5-10 minute Grab away. Views from the pool are great.

MalaysiaDuring the evening, the road going to the hotel always jam because its near with tanjung aru beach. Limited parking lot. Less soundproofing. My room aircon not teally working well(my fault for not telling them regarding this).
i like theres parking lot provided but limited parking space. I like the receptionist during my stay, really helpful and answer all my question properly. Theres vending machine at the lobby so its easy to buy some snacks when needed. The location is near tanjung aru beach, can find lots of food there.

MalaysiaSome of the staff were not helpful, and not friendly, I told a female staff that we were stuck in the lift, and she replied "there is no problem". Some of the amenities were not complete in the room, so you need to request additionally,but they will send it to you. Other male staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was quite clean, but needs maintenance, location was excellent. Aircond was cold enough.
