There was only a very basic bathroom. It would help to have at least a rack or something to hang the clothes when taking a shower

Great location, next to the Jonker Walk. We had a family room which was really big. It was good value for money. The breakfast was really good. You can choose from a few egg options and there was a lot to choose from, from toasts, vegetables, sausages and cornflakes.

The host was really kind, helpful and gave us good advices for things to visit and places to eat ! The breakfast was very good also and we had a great time in this hotel, I recommend !

To have ceiling fan in the room, as it can get cold with the air cond running throughout the night.

Excellent location. Hotel is within walking distance to tourist attraction in the area, and can conveniently go to Jonker Street and River Cruise. Simple breakfast is served, staff are friendly and readily assist when help is needed.

Unexpected the room is not like in a picture and it's quite expensive compare to the room I get. But because of the superb location, the helpful staff I just ignore the condition of the room but to be honest. I'm quite disappointed.

Superb location. The hotel is very near to Jonker Walk. Just walking distance to few tourist attractions (Taming Sari Tower, Dutch Square, Chris Church, River cruise etc). The breakfast is good. Serve local breakfast (nasi lemak, fried meehoon, kopi o), bread, waffle etc. The staff very friendly & helpful. Easy for check in, check out as there is kiosk machine.

The shower pump too slow and no bidet. The water heater is not working.

The location is strategic and accessible. The staff was very helpful. The hotel surrounding is instagramable. The buffet breakfast was tasty and variety choices, so value the money for the price that included breakfast.

Did not provide kettles. Slightly inconvenient, had to take hot/waterwater from 1st floor while our room was on second floor. But understand it is environmentally sustainable

Breakfast buffet was delicious. Eggs prepared were fresh. Staff were helpful and nice. Room, especially bed was comfortable and spacious. Quiet even though beside bustling street. Cafe was conducive to read and rest. Great location. Highly recommended.

Did not realize that rooms are not cleaned every day, which was a surprise as hotels typically are, or would be mentioned if not. Sometimes staff are not around, as there is no front counter, so its hard to find them for help.

Location is very good, just a street away from Jonker Walk. Very close to the river and a lot of other tourist sights and also visitable cafes! The inn itself is an old historical shophouse, which has the inconveniences present e.g. old narrow staircases and no parking, but its very culturally and historically authentic, which is nice to stay in. Staff were very nice and always ready to help, be it the automatic check in, calling a taxi, etc. Breakfast was changed every day and the variety was good! There is also a mini playground for children as well as a self service convenience store with sweets and noodles etc if we want them at night. The trust shown by the inn is very commendable.

Being a weekend stay, families with young children were also among the guests. Unfortunately, our stay coincided with some rowdy kids interrupting our sleeps late night and early in the morning.

The location was excellent within walking distance to most places of our interests. The staffs were friendly and most accommodating. Recommended for a short stay.

It was easily accessible through the back door before this as parking space in behind the Inn, but now they've close it up for secutiry reasons I was told. Maybe the room keycard can be re-installed for this perhaps?

Where should I start? Great location. walking distance to eateries so you won't have problems with food. The night market is great as usual. Was a bit surprise with the reception as vending system is new to me but great. Simple to use. Stayed here many times. Love the simplistic new renovation concept. Breakfast was simple but adequate.

the location is really good - very near to jonker street and the rest of the attraction. The room is simple, no TV but it's ok as the location compensate for the shortcomings on the room amnesties.
