There is no vanity for ladies to do their make up with good lighting. Bathroom is a little outdated but still good enough. TV channels are not up to date, if you still enjoy watching tv.

The room had a really good view of the river. You don't really hear much noise from the neighbours around you as well. Staff are really welcoming and hospitable.

Hope that the toilet can be updated a little. It was clean but did look a bit dated. Hotel should look into better security for the guests, like installing key cards slots only for lift access to guest room floors

Hotel was quiet although renovations ongoing. Always saw staff around at lobby area. Check in and Check out was smooth quick and efficient. The room we stayed in had a beautiful view of the river and waterfront. Parking at the hotel was free.

The room was old. The lounge chair in the room was worn out and borderline disgusting. It really should have been cleaned more regularly or upholstered. Very poor for a five star hotel. It is however, pleasing to see that the hotel is undergoing a renovation at this time. The noise did not bother me much as i was out most of the time. No work was done after hours.

The staff were helpful and lovely. Room had a marvellous view of the river and the state Parliament.

I lost my backpack while awaiting for checking in. checkin very late compared to other hotel@1500 hrs. after awaiting for so long and short of trolleys. Luckily the sfatts are very proactive to search for my belongings.

The location at the waterfront is perfect. The swimming pool is a highlight even more when you know that drinks and meals can be ordered next the poolside. The breakfast is a Varieté of all and quite hard chose what you wann eat or when to stop.

Hotel was going through rooms renovations in our floor, that was not communicated at the time of doing the reservation. Noise was only from 8am but was there with drilling, so at times when you wanted some rest in the room, it was annoying. We had not renovated rooms and you could tell that the furniture, bathroom, carpet, etc... was quite tired already.

Booked two rooms with River View and connecting doors. The river view is fantastic, can't be matched. Size of the room is good, is clean and has all the amenities that you would need. Reception staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant downstairs is well provisioned and the food and service is up to standard. Check in and Check out procedures were very clear and fast.

The hotel is being refurbished, and that is necessary as rooms are looking dated. The pool tiles at waterline are stained.

The staff are excellent and friendly. The breakfast was exceptional.
