Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Good location. Many eateries nearby. Excellent water Pressure for. showering. Tiled flooring. Water dispenser in the room. Free parking available, right in front of hotel. One of the staff, Mr Andy was very helpful. I requested for an ironing board to be sent to my room. It was faulty and he changed another one for me and helped set it up for me. Thank you, Mr Andy!

MalaysiaProbably the air ventilation of the hotel. I am quite sensitive to smoke and I can smell the smoke even inside my room, but just affect me, my husband is totally fine and didn't smell any smoke.
The staff is super duper friendly. We leave the watch at the hotel and they contact me and help to courier back to me. The excellent service just like 5 stars hotel. Thanks so much.

About 10 to 15mins drive to eateries, kopitiam, pasar, fisherman jetty & Pantai Teluk Mak Nik. If want to see turtle laying eggs, can ask this hotel to arrange. Laying peak season is from May to July. Malays are dining in this halal eateries, Hai Peng kopitiam & Tong Juan restaurant. Can try kopi, nasi dagang, roti bakar & stuffed crab.
