Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SingaporeNot all the lifts in the complex were working, so sometimes, you have to wait a little longer for the lift, but this isn't really a problem.
The apartment was well like a hotel and easy to relax in. The host was super efficient and knew what people wanted in their accommodation. It was super clean, and the facilities were good, and there is lots of security. We would stay there again.

The price is very affordable, and I like that the unit has 3 rooms and comes with 4 Air Conditioner (1 for each room and 1 for living room). Even the single bed also comes with Air Conditioner. Other appliances were also working perfectly. The host is very detail and explain the check-in procedures with videos which I find to be very helpful for us. Next time when we visit JB, we'll be staying at this place again.

Malaysia- Living room size is small. - Quite challenging to get to appointed parking lot, as the carpark lane access to the parking lot is narrow. End up, we parked the car at ground floor visitor lot.
- Complete amenities; hairdryer, towels, toothbrushes, washing machine etc. - Complimentary beverages and snacks. - Self check in/out procedures, clear and detailed instructions given. - Nice and polite landlord, actively contact me to give instructions on check in/out after placing the order, as I placed order on the same day of travel.

MalaysiaOnly left one lift can be used during our checkout. We waited >25 mins, only 3 rounds of lift came as it stopped at almost every floor. The lift was packed with people inside when stopped on our floor regardless going down or up. End up we left no choice but walked down from 18th floor to car park with our luggages on hand.
