Extremely basic. Room is bed. Bed is comfy. Room cleanliness can be improved. Like the webs on ceiling. Bedsheet has stains. Friend’s room has a very musty smell. Needs airing.

There was no 24-hour front desk as stated in property description and as I arrived at the property late it took a long time for the staff to come open the door and check me in.

The location was good: close to restaurants and shopping malls and relatively close to ICQ. The room was small but generally clean and comfortable.

No toiletries like soap and shampoo separately. Packet one would be decent. Otherwise, they did provide maybe a body soap.

It was near the mall. Literally behind KSL mall. Besides, if u like drinking, SAIGON SATURDAY IS A PARTY HOUSE. If ure muslim, got accessible muslim food also.

Room and Toliet is small. Room not sound proof. Can hear sound like people talk, TV sound or music. No hair dryer. No wardrobe. No soap and shampoo.

The location was convenient. It is near KSL city mall with alot of food restaurant, beauty and hair salon, supermarket, shopping place. Easy to travel around. Every Monday 6pm have night street market. Good for short trip and bag packers. Free parking limited space. Price is affordable and reasonable. Air conditioning is cold. What you get is what you pay for.

Poor soundproofing as the phone rings loudly past 11pm and even at 5am. A layer of dust on the tables when I clean with wet wipes. Only able to use 1 out of 5 power sockets. Some ants and flies on the tables. Leaky pipe under sink.

the level of cleanliness was of ok standard only. The plate used to hold the cup was quite dusty as well as the wooden compartment top and the rubbish that was left behind by the previous guest was still inside the compartment underneath the TV. The aircon was a bit dusty too. the rest of the room was consider clean during my stay.

Check in wasn't well planned. We iinformed beforehand for late checkin, as instructed. However, no staff was ready at reception to assist. Staff seemed to stay in the first room and luckily someone helped to call him for us. Most of us wouldn't have a local line to dial the given number outside the stay so it wasn't that helpful. We saw another couple in the same situation the following night. They had to wait outside, not knowing what to do next. Glad we were able to help

Room was simple and affordable, location was convenient. Just what i required over the long weekend. Room cleanliness was satisfactory as well
