Neither bathroom had toilet paper. There are also no refrigerators, plates or cutlery in the rooms despite pots and a microwave. The pool complex is great, but you have to sign in and give your name and phone number, which is ridiculous. There also isn’t much around in terms of places to eat. It is also REALLY easy to lock yourself out of the bedrooms as my wife found out. It’s a great stay if you don’t want to eat in and are wanting to be close to the airport.

The flat was two separate rooms with their own bed and bathroom. The rooms were clean and the pool complex was amazing - great for both adults and kids. it is also reasonably close to the airport. The staff reached out by WhatsApp and were helpful. It was also really well priced for the accommodation.

I saw photo during booking was an apartment with living room. But my stay is two separate room with two different card access to enter another room. Maybe doesn't have to put photo with living room to avoid customer confusion 🙂

The only comment is no place to put my wet towel, but it just a tiny thing. Then i hope the host provide king size bed for my next visit.

I like the cleanliness & modernness of the suite. The suite is big & comfortable. The swimming pool is large & my kid love it. Definitely i will repeat the trip here because this place is sooo goood...

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We booked a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom property. On the day of the stay itself, one of the owners/managers (Jeffry Ng) called and said there was a problem with one of the bathrooms and that we have to stay in 1 bedroom 1 bathroom instead. When I insisted to just stay at the property with the “broken” bathroom, he finally admitted and said he accidentally double booked that room and someone else is staying there. But for him to admit to this took a lot of me calling non-stop because he kept ignoring my calls. It was way past check-in time at this point and I was just stranded outside the property with no room and no response from Jeffry. I had to google the company’s number and had to call someone else from his company before I was finally let in. A few problems with this: 1. If it was double booked, why did he tell me so last minute? I found at 3pm on the day I was meant to check in that he didn’t have a room for me. 2. Why did he try to lie to me? Just tell me the truth. Shows he lacks professionalism and accountability. Also, after I got angry at him about this he said he can give me a refund if I wanted to cancel. Note that this was the weekend of the Good Vibes Festival, so obviously all of the properties around the area were booked out. I obviously wouldn’t mind looking for another place if he just told me about it earlier. But you absolutely CANNOT tell someone to look for another property ON THE DAY of their check-in. Insanely unprofessional. I don’t understand how you can run a business like this. In the end, I ended up staying at the 1 bedroom 1 bathroom (instead of the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom that I booked) and said I will only agree to paying HALF the amount (because I was only getting half of what was advertised). But he charged me the full amount anyway. Crazy how entitled some people are to think that they can get the full fee for something they didn’t provide. TLDR do not stay here.

No dustbint..no shower gel ..no plate..no cutlery ..tv plug too far, 3 plug under the table too narrow unable to plug in charger. Second room aircond disfunction..hot. only one remote provided.

Very difficult to check in because owner just given link for me,wrong level for parking in link and didn't guide me how to access..so many card,and owner didn't labeling.When I call so difficult to pickup phone.
