There was no signage within the mall for ppl to find where the hotel is, you have to either take a lift to level 6 and walk inside the CARPARK to find the hotel entrance, or, exit the mall from Uniqlo side, walk abit to the hotel entrance. There is supposed to be a passageway within the mall that links to the hotel but its currently under renovation, which was also not communicated to the hotel guests before check in.

Technically beside the mall. Pool and gym are well maintained.

Cleanliness of room could be better, felt room wasn't properly vacuum with some visible trapped dirt in carpet and some parts of room. Pillow had some obvious smell of being previously used. Was the pillowcase changed?

*The sahur menu need to be improved. *It would be better if the hotel provide a porter service to carry luggage and bags to the rooms and vice versa.

*The hotel itself linked to the Paradigm Mall below it. Very convenient to get basic stuffs and food. *The reception staff are all friendly and very accommodating. *In my room the television was not working properly and I did call the operator to send someone to fix it. The maintenance staff were quick to respond and manage to rectify the issue. *Gym open 24 hours and manage to use the facility during my stay. The view of the swimming pool is nice and relaxing. *The breakfast buffet has a quite of selection foods and all the staffs are very polite, helpful and professional. *The room is cleaned daily.

The entrance to the lobby at 1st floor is quite confusing.Nevertheless the friendly guards show me the way.

Breakfast spread is nice though can add- on a little more variations. The bed is comfortable & does not cause me backache when i wake up from sleep.

Room for improvement for reservation team. Sought assistance for change of room before arrival but was not helpful. Didn’t reply my email at all and when I called was reluctant to assist - rerouted me back to Booking.Com
