The toilet and shower room were part of the room which can be uncomfortable. No work desk available for Queen Room which unpleasant for business travel

The room concept is good. Room utilities such as TV and hairdryer were nice. The room was clean.

The hotel located at industrial area - a bit quiet and dark

The hotel is new and clean. Spacious and comfortable. We managed to upgrade bigger room due to existing room with smoking smell

There is nothing attractive in the nearby vicinity of the hotel.

Location is a bit far from the main city, however if someone is planning to visit the Legoland and/or the Johor premium outlets it is comparatively near. Room was clean and comfortable for a night stay. Breakfast has limited options and can improve.

Aircond was a bit warmer than usual hotels. Location wise, it is in an industrial area so there are many foreign workers around. We are okay with it though as we don't go out much.

Room size is just nice, it is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was quite okay considering its cheap. We also love it that we can fill the water jug in the room from the water dispenser outside on our own.

The area is a bit dodgy since it is surrounded with factories. There are a lot of foreign workers roaming around within the vicinity of the hotel. Quite far from proper convenience stores so come prepared. We went to Sunway Big Box for some supplies before checking into the hotel.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Staffs were nice and friendly. Ample parking. It is far from the city but that was ok with us since the purpose of our stay in Johor was to go to USS; the hotel was near to Tuas. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Look out for the small buttery croissants!

- Staff are very friendly.. the security guard at the entrance door, front liner staff at the front desk.. the housekeeping personnel.. every one of them carried their jobs well. Two thumbs up to the whole team. 👍👍 - Room are comfortable.. - Convenient Car Parking lot.. - Games provided at the lobby area took interest of the guests to have fun with family.. Keep up the good image guys!

Friendly staff , smiley face at all times to welcome you. Especially the security staff are always caring to ensure you have good day and very helpful. Breakfast is authentic and fresh . Good location closed to LEGOland , safety and well maintained. My children loving the bunk bed with TV, feels like home. Utmost importantly, universal charger and usb port . Highly recommended.

The location is bad. Need car for traveling. The smart tv is really not a smart tv as what the hotel mention. The tv don't support any app ex. Netflix. or even miracast. They block the setting of the tv. No international channel. Only local and few singapore channel. Should not say they have smart tv. No room service. Balcony of the room is for smoker and not view.

The hotel was spacious. Nice comfortable bed. Very vibrant. Clean hotel room.
