Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Brunei DarussalamPerhaps we didn't pay attention to the description prior to booking, but we didn't realize there aren't any amenities such as hair dryer, shampoos, and hook to hang your towel as you shower. The walls are thin as you can even hear people talking outside, but they did put a sign to inform their guests to be quiet at night. The shower area is quite small, but usable. There aren't any areas to also put your shampoos, toothbrush and toothpaste, so please bring a toiletry bag.
We love how homey it feels and the staffs are very nice and helpful! Location-wise, it's a good location as it is at the city area for a valuable cost. Security is also quite good as there are CCTVs all over the place to keep watch. The WiFi is really fast too! Would love to stay again :)

Brunei DarussalamThe place didn't have much facillities such as towel holder in the bathroom, water heater or microwave. Refrigerator, some slipper for inside lodge since we're supposed put our shoe outside.
The staff were friendly exp AFIQ, comfy place to stay and clean. The environment also nice.

Brunei DarussalamThere are some shortcomings that could improve this residence. 1) If possible, please add a sliding lock for the doors of the room. 2) By adding a soundproof to the door can help create a better privacy. 3) Prepare bath soaps, shampoos, toothbrushes & toothpastes and also toilet slippers. 4) Lastly, the parking lot is lacking of privacy and feel less secure even though there is cctv located at the area.
The receptionist is very friendly and the place is clean.
