Very nice hotel with very friendly staff and an extensive breakfast buffet (a few more vegan options would be desirable here), as well as a rooftop pool and gym. We recommend choosing a corner room as they offer an excellent view of the city.

Absolutely fantastic place. We took a corner room at a higher floor and the view at the city (including Merdeka 118) through floor to ceiling windows was fantastic. That view was also available from the bathroom. :) The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were very good and varied. The location was fantastic, just at the KL Tower, a few minutes walk from Petronas Towers and the city center and about 20 minutes walk from Pasar Seni. The swimming pool at the roof was also a fantastic place to get some relax.

Very nicely designed, spacious, clean, and new hotel, with a work desk and seating area in the room. Large and nice bathroom. It has everything you need: toiletries, tea, coffee, and a wide selection of drinks in the fridge, as well as snacks. Nice rooftop bathroom. The staff is professional and friendly. Breakfast offers both Asian and European selections. Good dinner

Location of the hotel when booked on Grab/Maxim takes the car to the back side of the hotel. Also if walked from the nearest monorail station, it's quite a hike to reach the hotel and not recommended with kids and luggage. Would love to have a refreshing welcome drink after reaching by walk.

Breakfast was good however I came to know only on the last day that they serve the Famous The Tarik.

The valet parking is a no no, I dislike. Every day I want to go out I have to pay RM20 for the valet. The hotel should compensate for that like any other hotel. The breakfast buffet is okay but need more selection.

I liked everything

The hotel was a state of the art building, super modern and well decorated! The staff is so nice and helpful. Our bedroom was super clean and tidy, the bathroom was beautiful with an amazing view over they city, bath tub and shower. There’s a big TV and the bed is big and really comfortable. Location is great, as it’s 16 min walking distance to the Petronas Towers and to great street food markets! The gym is well equipped and the pool is on the roof top with a breathtaking view! We only stayed 3 nights but wished we had stayed more! Great service, 10-10 stars 🌟

everything was great

During our vacation my husband has broken his leg, and this was the only hotel which provided us so much support that I was shocked. They provided us a wheelchair for free, helped with the luggage, always helped with elevators, dining etc. Very friendly personnel, great room (spacious and comfortable), good environment, close to the center. IHG is my favorite holding, I am now sure that they really care about their guests.

Sensor lights in bathroom is annoying. Sometimes you don’t need light when using bathroom. But it turns on automatically and it can be too bright for the other person in the room.

Seems like a brand new hotel. Really liked the design, just as unique as other Indigo hotels. Location is great. Walking distance to Twin Tower. Close to rail and monorail lines that can take you further. Staff was helpful and friendly especially when I needed to extend my stay. Room is spacious. Table, chair and day bed made it easy to eat and relax in room. Bathroom is spacious. Walk in wardrobe is a nice design. Breakfast is good too, lots local delights. Make to order noodle bar is fun.

I felt the staff seemed not well trained and not knowledgeable about the attractions in KL. Check in took longer than anticipated. I paid for breakfast and did not receive it with my room. My friend and I picked this hotel because it was close to things nearby like the parks and tower but the staff was not helpful when we asked questions about things nearby. Our room was not made up while we were there either so that was disappointing.

The hotel was pretty new, beautiful decor, great location and the rooftop pool was definitely the best part!
