How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

no house keeping, need to ask for towels when needed, toiletries are only for a day, no division of the shower from the toilet that the water floods all the bathroom floor, no slippers. no cofee and tea.
I liked the room, and the little kitchen, it was spacious, and the location was a bit near the metro. The hotel overall was beautiful. and the view from the window was great. Swimming pool was a plus.

Initially provided with a room that had a very bad smell of cigarette smoke, when we went down to the staff they did change our room straight away and were very apologetic but our new room was not as nice but at least it didn’t have the bad smell Very loud neighbours shouting and slamming doors at 3.30am
Nice location and rooftop pool Helpful staff when we had an issue with our room

There are no slippers in the room. Wifi connection is not good. Bad sound proofing, waken up at mid night by noise from next door or somewhere in the building.
Not very far away from main scenic spots and Jalan Alor food street. Nice rooftop view and nice view from swimming pool. Good experience in general.

We absolutely loved this location. Everything was so very clean and comfortable. The unit had several amenities that should meet the needs of almost any traveler It is beautifully decorated and laid out very well. so you can actually enjoy it. Another great piece included in the stay is the rooftop gym and infinity pool. The staff were also great throughout our stay. Thanks for a great couple of days before we left the city. I highly recommend this property.

What a place! The whole experience from beginning to end is the great staff who are always friendly and kind. The pool can not be better and value for money is fair always a good place to have fun.

The bathroom doesn’t have the hairdryer, it’s the big mistake and I even borrow it from stranger guests
It’s dirty room ever, the bedroom and bathroom floor isn’t clean
