Vehicle noises from traffic beside the hotel can be quite loud and last long. Noon time gets abit hot.

There's a water dispenser for both hot and cold water near lift lobby for self top up of water bottle. Staff were very friendly and nice.

Absolutely poor peace and relaxation - just due to one factor. It’s right beside the CIQ highway. Vehicle honks are terribly stubborn that persists past 10pm! Although gradually lessens throughout the night.

Excellent cleanliness and comfort. If one’s priority is primarily these, the hotel meets and excels in this regard

The room was clean, beds were comfortable, free wifi and netflix. Hotel was near JB Customs. Staff were professional and friendly.

Traffic noise. We check-in at 10.30pm, there is only 1 lady at the counter. There was no one else to be seen.

Location, 5 mins walk along sheltered overhead bridge to the hotel, the entrance to the bridge is on the same level when you exit CIQ, very convenient.

Family room is facing the road where there are noises from many motorcycles. Not a problem for heavy sleepers but noisy for light sleepers.

Friendly reception. Location near custom and traffic to hotel is not affected by the main road jam at train station/city square. The staff even contacted me about an item we left behind after checkout and we didnt even realised it. Room is as shown in the advertised photo.

We drove in and twavelled at night, so parking was a headache. So if you do go here, it's way more accessible for backpackers coming from CIQ as it will be much easier to reach on foot with all the convenient linking bridges around.

The bathtub was a win for my kids! Bathroom so spacious, tub was big. If only we could fill the water faster. The beds and the pillows were luxurious. Both my husband and I really slept comfortably, so inviting! We enjoyed our midnight Ramly burger hehe. The stall is just right outside the hotel. Room was comfortably spacious for our family of 4. Perfect!

The family room for 4pax is small. Doesn’t apear to be as shown in pictures. Plus room had bad odor to it despite being decently clean. But I have to say, plus point for this place is the huge bathroom either bathtub

There is lots of roads work nearby and moving around is not that convenient. Have to walk one big round to get to the hotel.

Because of the location,with all the RTS construction,with the closure from the front entrance..The staircase,also a little bit steep..Very hard for us,with little kids,elderly,going up and down😥..With luggage🥲

Road works going on for future RTS link so can't avoid. But midnight onwards those racers or Malaysia called Mat Rempit, keep roaming and ramming the bike. It last for 4 hours, could not sleep.

This is first time stayed here. Really better than usual hotel room. Clean and good. Value for the money paid.

Construction work near the entrance of the hotel, quite inconvenient if you want to walk to the overhead bridge that links to CIQ (need to walk further).

It’s quite clean and staff were friendly. There’s a gelato cafe at the lobby.

Probably due to the construction, the hotel looked like it is very close to the station but actually is a very long walk, at least without crossing the highway directly.

The room was clean and nice, a really nice stay for one night in JB.

Altho it was v near to R&F mall but cant seem to find a stroller friendly access to the hotel. Had to carry down one long flight of staircase from the overhead bridge.

The noise. There were piano or music with the sound of piano playing during night time. Our room were facing away from the Main Street but were still able to hear some noise when vehicles drove past.

The aircon and hairdryer is working well. Location is walking distance from the check point but due to construction some places required to walk a bit more.

One thing maybe u have to put a chiller or small fridge for your customers to keep their food or drinks that have to be kept at the fridge .

The room is clean , spacious and good for a stay for a family .
